Nazi\u2019s are also referred to as \u201c<em>goyim<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The worksheet asks questions related to the holiday of 21 Kislev, observed by Satmer Jews as the day its founder and holy Rebbe, Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum, escaped the Nazis.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to the Independent, the source said one question on the sheet asks: \u201c<em>What have the evil goyim done with the synagogues and cheders?<\/em>\u201d The answer in the completed worksheet reads: \u201c<em>Burned them<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another question asks: \u201c<em>What did the goyim want to do with all the Jews?<\/em>\u201d The correct worksheet answer is: \u201c<em>Kill them<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The worksheet \u201c<em>doesn\u2019t explicitly refer to the Holocaust<\/em>\u201d but it teaches young children to be \u201c<em>very afraid<\/em>\u201d and treat non-Jews \u201c<em>very suspiciously because of what they did to us in the past<\/em>,\u201d the source told the paper.<\/p>\n<h3>\u2018Extremism, hatred and fear\u2019<\/h3>\n<p>\u201c<em>It\u2019s not a history lesson \u2014 you can\u2019t say that. It\u2019s a parable that is actively teaching the children extremism, hatred and fear for the outside world<\/em>,\u201d the source said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>It\u2019s not uncommon to be taught non-Jewish people are evil in ultra-Orthodox Jewish schools. It is part of the prayers, teaching, the whole ethos<\/em>,\u201d former Beis Rochel girls\u2019 teacher Emily Green told the Independent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Psychologically, you become so afraid of the world out there after being taught how dangerous and bad and evil non-Jews are, that it makes it harder to leave<\/em>,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for the Beis Rochel School, which accommodates 1,400 students, apologized for any offence, saying the worksheets would be amended.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The language we used was not in any way intended to cause offence. Now this has been brought to our attention, we will endeavor to use more precise language in the future<\/em>,\u201d they said.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, the orthodox school had an emergency Ofsted inspection.
