Ukraine\u2019s President Petro Poroshenko requests the supreme court of Ukraine to declare that his predecessor, Viktor Yanukovych, was overthrown by an illegal operation; in other words, that the post-Yanukovych government, including Poroshenko\u2019s own Presidency, came into power from a coup, not from something democratic, not from any authentic constitutional process at all.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a remarkable\u00a0document<\/span><\/a>, which is not posted at the English version of the\u00a0website of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine,<\/span><\/a>\u00a0but which is widely\u00a0reported<\/span><\/a>\u00a0outside the United States,\u00a0including Russia,<\/span><\/a>\u00a0Poroshenko, in Ukrainian (not in English), has petitioned the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (as it is being widely quoted in English):\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“I ask the court to acknowledge that the law \u2018on the removal of the presidential\u00a0title from Viktor Yanukovych’ as unconstitutional.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The official Ukrainian news-agency, Interfax-Ukraine, headlined this on June 20th, “Poroshenko asking\u00a0Constitutional Court to\u00a0recognize law stripping\u00a0Yanukovych of presidential title\u00a0as unconstitutional”<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

I had\u00a0previously reported<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0and here will excerpt, Poroshenko\u2019s having himself admitted prior to 26 February 2014, to the EU\u2019s investigator, and right after the February 22nd overthrow of Yanukovych, that the overthrow was a coup, and that it was even a false-flag operation, in which the snipers, who were dressed as if they were Ukrainian Security Bureau troops, were actually not, and that, as the EU\u2019s investigator put his finding to the EU\u2019s chief of foreign affairs Catherine Ashton [and with my explanatory annotations here]:<\/span><\/p>\n

“the same oligarch <\/i>[Poroshenko \u2013 and so when he became President he already knew this] told that\u00a0well, all the evidence shows that the people who were killed by snipers, from both sides, among\u00a0policemen and people from the streets,<\/i> [this will shock Ashton, who had just said that Yanukovych had\u00a0masterminded the killings] that they were the same snipers, killing people from both sides<\/i>\u00a0[so,\u00a0Poroshenko himself knows that his regime is based on a false-flag U.S.-controlled coup d\u2019etat\u00a0against his predecessor]. … Behind the snipers, it was not Yanukovych, but it was somebody from the new coalition<\/i>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

This was when Ashton first learned that the myth that Yanukovych had been overthrown as a result of public outrage at his having rejected the EU\u2019s offer of membership to Ukraine was just a\u00a0hoax<\/span><\/a>. (Actually, the planning for this coup was already under way in the U.S. Embassy\u00a0by at least early 2013, well prior to Yanukovych\u2019s EU decision<\/span><\/a>. Furthermore, the Ukrainian public\u2019s approval of the government peaked right after Yanukovych announced his rejection of the EU\u2019s offer<\/span><\/a>, but then the U.S.-engineered<\/span><\/a> \u201cMaidan\u201d riots caused that approval to plunge.)<\/span><\/p>\n

If the Court grants Poroshenko\u2019s petition, then\u00a0the appointment of Arseniy Yatsenyuk by the U.S. State Department\u2019s Victoria Nuland on 4 February 2014,<\/span><\/a>\u00a0which was confirmed by the Ukrainian parliament (or Rada) at the end of the coup on February 26th, and the other appointments which were made, including that of Oleksandr Turchynov to fill in for Yanukovych as caretaker President until one of the junta\u2019s chosen candidates would be \u2018elected\u2019 on May 25th of 2014, which \u2018election\u2019 Poroshenko won \u2013 all of this was illegal.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, this illegality had already been known. It was already explained in detail on 28 February 2014, that,\u00a0\u201cYanukovych\u2019s removal was unconstitutional.\u201d<\/span><\/a>\u00a0That\u2019s for lawyers; but, now, finally, Ukraine\u2019s Constitutional Court is faced with the shocking predicament of Ukraine\u2019s own President, who won his post as a result of this coup, requesting them to \u201cacknowledge\u201d that it was a coup, much as the founder of the “private CIA” firm Stratfor had even called it,\u00a0\u201cthe most blatant coup in history.\u201d<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(It was that because\u00a0the authentic video and other evidence<\/span><\/a>\u00a0of its having been a Washington job was so massive.)<\/span><\/p>\n

Also in the news now<\/span><\/a>\u00a0is that Dmitriy Yarosh<\/span><\/a>‘s Right Sector \u2013\u00a0the same group that Washington had hired for the coup and for the ethnic cleansing campaign in Ukraine\u2019s former Donbass region<\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u2013 have announced<\/span><\/a> that they will assemble in Kiev on July 3rd to overthrow Poroshenko unless he restarts right now the war against Donbass. The people whom Washington paid to oust Yanukovych are planning to do the same to Poroshenko. There is a struggle inside the Obama Administration<\/span><\/a> about how far they can successfully go with their Ukrainian nazis not formally leading the country. Washington is having a hard time keeping in line the\u00a0Ukrainian nazis<\/span><\/a>\u00a0upon whom Washington\u2019s\u00a0plan for Ukraine<\/span><\/a>\u00a0has been based. Ukraine\u2019s nazis are thirsting for Russian blood, and want to slake their thirst faster than the Obama Administration is willing to go along with. Washington\u2019s previous\u00a0\u201cF\u2013k the EU!\u201d<\/span><\/a>\u00a0hasn\u2019t worked as well as they had hoped. There is thus increasingly bad blood between the Obama Administration and the\u00a0Ukrainian enforcers<\/span><\/a> upon whom Obama has been relying. Basically, Poroshenko now is torn between the EU, on one side, and Ukraine\u2019s well-armed nazis, on the other; and, thus far, the ultimate decider, U.S. President Obama, who has needed cooperation both from Ukraine\u2019s nazis and from the EU, in order for his Ukrainian gambit against Russia to work, is on the fence between those two sides. John Kerry sides with the EU; Victoria Nuland sides with the nazis. But Obama himself hasn\u2019t yet played his hand.<\/span><\/p>\n
