Some requests turn out to have been made with false and inaccurate information,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Google said in a letter to the European Court of Justice (ECJ).<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #044faa;\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/file\/d\/0B8syaai6SSfiT0EwRUFyOENqR3M\/edit\" target=\"_blank\">The letter<\/a>, written by Peter Fleischer, Google\u2019s Global Privacy Counsel, contains responses to the questionnaire that the ECJ sent to Google. It also listed some challenges that the Internet giant faced while complying the rule.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #cc0a0a !important;\" href=\"http:\/\/rt.com\/news\/162448-google-europe-right-forgotten\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u2018Right to be forgotten\u2019: Google launches form to allow users delete their \u2018inadequate\u2019 data<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Google also added that in some cases the requests lack\u00a0<em>\u201cthe larger factual context\u2026 without which it is difficult to balance the competing interests.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cEven if requesters provide us with accurate information, they understandably may avoid presenting facts that are not in their favor.
