ie: 2,100 of 3,702 wells suspected of contamination have gone uninspected, including hundreds in ND &#8211; emergency officials\u00a0<a style=\"color: #005588;\" href=\"http:\/\/bismarcktribune.com\/bakken\/spill-reported-at-oil-well-near-tioga\/article_8297f2e0-da02-11e3-8f0e-001a4bcf887a.html\"><strong>announced\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>a leak at Tioga, North Dakota&#8217;s Ron Burgundy 3-23-14H fracking well, which is under a confidentiality agreement that protects its owners from having to release vital information to the public like what the hell is going on there.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #121212;\">Alarmingly, 22% of\u00a0<strong><a style=\"color: #005588;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kfyrtv.com\/story\/25503187\/department-of-mineral-resources-releases-oil-numbers\">oil booming<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>North Dakota&#8217;s 1,813 oil and gas\u00a0<a style=\"color: #005588;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.willistonherald.com\/most_recent\/state-investigating-oil-gas-water-leak-near-tioga\/article_7729e460-da00-11e3-8ef4-001a4bcf887a.html\"><strong>wells\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>are now on its \u201cConfidential Well&#8221;<strong>\u00a0<a style=\"color: #005588;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dmr.nd.gov\/oilgas\/confidential.asp\">list,<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0probably because the state automatically\u00a0<a style=\"color: #005588;\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.platts.com\/2012\/08\/21\/wildcat_or_not\/\"><strong>awards\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>such \u201ctight hole\u201d status to any operator who asks without having to offer any justication other than, in the words of one, &#8220;because we can.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #121212;\">The well, near the site of a massive\u00a0<a style=\"color: #005588;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.desmogblog.com\/2013\/10\/10\/20600-barrels-fracked-oil-spill-north-dakota-publicity-halted-due-government-shutdown\"><strong>spill\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>a few years ago, is one of three Ron Burgundy wells\u00a0<a style=\"color: #005588;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.houstonchronicle.com\/business\/energy\/article\/Tioga-well-continues-leaking-oil-days-after-spill-5471617.php\"><strong>owned\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>by Denver-based Emerald Oil, which is reportedly bringing spilled liquids to &#8220;disposal sites.&#8221;
