Krass to be the top lawyer at the Agency.<\/p>\n<p>He then notes that:<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Krass is a ca\u00adreer gov\u00adern\u00adment law\u00adyer who works at the Jus\u00adtice De\u00adpart\u00adment&#8217;s Of\u00adfice of Le\u00adgal Coun\u00adsel, the arm of the de\u00adpart\u00adment that ad\u00advis\u00ades the White House on the le\u00adgal\u00adity of do\u00admes\u00adtic and for\u00adeign poli\u00adcies.<\/p>\n<p>The of\u00adfice was par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adly con\u00adtro\u00adver\u00adsial dur\u00ading the Bush ad\u00admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion, when lawyers there wrote lengthy mem\u00ados ap\u00adprov\u00ading C.I.A. in\u00adter\u00adro\u00adga\u00adtion meth\u00adods like wa\u00adter\u00adboard\u00ading and sleep dep\u00adri\u00adva\u00adtion, as well as sign\u00ading off on the ex\u00adpan\u00adsion of sur\u00adveil\u00adlance by the Na\u00adtion\u00adal Se\u00adcu\u00adrity Agency.<\/p>\n<p>That is very useful information, worthy of its own article.<\/p>\n<p>Because the move of Krass from OLC to CIA is highly suspicious.
