The existence of the document was made public by the military defense attorney for Omar Khadr, a Canadian national who has been held for six years since being captured by American forces as a 15-year-old minor in Afghanistan. وجود هذه الوثيقة التي نشرها العسكري لمحامي الدفاع عن عمر خضر ، وهو مواطن كندي من تم عقد لمدة ست سنوات ومنذ ان استولت عليها القوات الامريكية بوصفها البالغ من العمر 15 عاما طفيفة في افغانستان.

Citing the document, the military attorney has asked for the charges against Khadr to be dismissed, on the grounds that his supposed confession, which comprises the core of the prosecution case, cannot be challenged as to its accuracy based on existing records. مشيرا الى وثيقة من وثائق ، وقد طلب المدعى العسكرى لخضر والتهم الموجهة الى الفصل النهائي ، على اساس ان من المفترض ان اعتراف ، التي تتألف من جوهر مرافعه الادعاء ، لا يمكن الطعن فيها لدقتها واستنادا إلى السجلات الموجودة.
The patent purpose of the order was to assure the destruction of evidence implicating the US government in the systematic torture of those it has detained in the so-called “global war on terrorism.” براءات الاختراع والغرض من النظام لضمان تدمير أدلة على تورط الحكومة الامريكية فى ممارسة التعذيب بصورة منهجيه من تلك التي احتجزت في ما يسمى "الحرب الكونية على الارهاب."
Khadr is being tried as a war criminal for acts he is alleged to have committed at the age of 15. خضر ويحاكم بوصفه مجرم حرب لأنه اعمال يدعي انه ارتكبها في سن 15 عاما. These acts stem from the siege mounted by US troops of a house in which Khadr was staying in an Afghan village. هذه الاعمال تنبع من الحصار التى تقوم بها القوات الامريكية للمنزل خضر الذي كان في البقاء في قرية افغانيه.
The youth was captured after the house was demolished by 500-pound bombs, grenades and gunfire. الشباب قد اعتقل بعد هدم المنزل الذي يقيم به 500 رطل قنابل وقنابل يدوية واطلاق النار. He is accused of murder in connection with one US soldier killed by a grenade in the siege, though evidence—including the fact that the youth was shot in the back—suggests that he was not responsible. وهو متهم في جريمه قتل واحدة فيما يتعلق قتل جندى امريكى بقنبله يدوية في الحصار ، على الرغم من الادله بما في ذلك حقيقة أن الشباب اصيب برصاصة في ظهره - ويشير الى انه لم يكن مسؤولا عنها.

"الحكومة في القضية المرفوعه ضد عمر يستند كليا تقريبا على البيانات المستخرجه من المستجوبين له فى اثناء الاستجواب في باغرام [أفغانستان] وخليج غوانتانامو ،" قائد kuebler قال اللفتنانت الكندي اليوميه الكرة الارضيه والبريد. “If handwritten notes were destroyed in accordance with the [Standard Operating Procedure manual], the government intentionally deprived Omar’s lawyers of key evidence with which to challenge the reliability of his statements.” "اذا كان بملاحظات مكتوبة بخط اليد تم تدميرها وفقا لل[دليل الاجراءات التنفيذية الموحدة] ، فان الحكومة تعمد حرمان محامي عمر من الادله الرئيسية التي الطعن في موثوقيه تصريحاته".
The Canadian youth was subjected to torture, beatings and abuse at both the Bagram and Guantánamo prisons. الكندي الشباب وتعرض للتعذيب والضرب وسوء المعامله في كل من سجون باغرام وغوانتانامو. He was also denied adequate medical treatment for wounds suffered in the US assault, which have left him nearly blind in one eye and with severely impaired vision in the other. وقال انه نفى ايضا العلاج الطبي الملائم لجروح لحقت به في الولايات المتحدة والاعتداء ، والتي اوقعت ما يقرب من له عين واحدة للمكفوفين في واعاقة شديدة في رؤية أخرى.
The military defense attorney also indicated that he would seek to file his affidavit for a dismissal of the charges with the US Supreme Court. محامي الدفاع العسكري ايضا الى ان انه سوف يسعى الى ملف صاحب الشهاده لاسقاط التهم مع المحكمه العليا في الولايات المتحدة. Earlier attempts to appeal to the high court have been rejected by the military authorities. فى وقت سابق من المحاولات الراميه الى استئناف امام المحكمه العليا قد رفضت من قبل السلطات العسكرية. The Supreme Court is expected to rule sometime this month on whether those held at Guantánamo have a right to challenge their detention. المحكمه العليا ومن المتوقع ان القاعده ما من هذا الشهر حول ما اذا كانت تلك التي عقدت في غوانتانامو لهم الحق في الطعن في احتجازهم.
The exposure of the manual ordering the destruction of evidence follows the Pentagon’s removal of the military judge charged with hearing Khadr’s case. تعرض الدليل يأمر تدمير الادله التالي البنتاغون الى عزل القاضي العسكري من تهمة جلسة استماع فى قضية خضر. The judge, Colonel Peter Brownback, was replaced last month after he ordered military prosecutors to turn over numerous documents they had been withholding to the defense. القاضي ، العقيد بيتر brownback ، استعيض عن الشهر الماضي بعد ان امرت النيابة العسكرية بتسليم العديد من الوثائق التي كانت لحجب الدفاع. The detainee, Mohammed Jawad, is accused of throwing a grenade at US military convoy in Afghanistan in December 2002, when he was 16 or 17 years old. المحتجز ، محمد جواد ، المتهم القاء قنبلة يدوية على قافلة عسكرية اميركية في افغانستان في كانون الاول / ديسمبر 2002 ، عندما كان في 16 او 17 سنة. “I think it reflects the abandonment of basic American values of human decency that occurred on a widespread basis in detention operations in the first two to three years of the global war on terror,” Major Frakt said of his client’s torture. The use of this procedure against Jawad also occurred two months after it was supposedly banned at Guantánamo in March 2004, after FBI interrogators filed reports expressing concern about it and other forms of torture being carried out at the offshore US detention facility. استخدام هذا الاجراء ضد جواد كما حدث بعد شهرين من يفترض ان المحظور في غوانتانامو في اذار / مارس 2004 ، بعد ان قدم مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالى المستجوبين واذ تعرب عن قلقها ازاء التقارير انه وغيره من اشكال التعذيب التي تجرى في الخارجية الاميركية مرفق الاحتجاز. A subsequent military investigation claimed, falsely, that it had been carried out solely against so-called high-value detainees and discontinued. لاحق التحقيق العسكري كان يدعي ، كذبا ، انه قد اجريت فقط ضد ما يسمى ذات القيمه العالية والمعتقلين وقفها. No mention was made in the report of Jawad’s treatment. لم يرد اي ذكر في تقرير جواد للمعالجة.
The military’s chief prosecutor at Guantánamo, Colonel Lawrence Morris, while acknowledging that Jawad had been subjected to the protracted sleep deprivation technique, insisted that just “because the government may have stumbled some in how he was treated,” this constituted no grounds for dropping the charges. فان رئيس النيابة العامة العسكرية في غوانتانامو ، الكولونيل لورنس موريس ، وان كان يدرك ان جواد قد تعرضوا للحرمان من النوم الذي طال امده تقنيه ، اصر على ان عادل "لانه يجوز للحكومة قد تعثرت في بعض الكيفيه التي عومل بها ،" هذا لا يشكل سببا ل اسقاط التهم الموجهة اليه.

Air Force Col. In this initial arraignment, the defendants rejected their defense teams—uniformed lawyers presented to them on the eve of the trial after they had spent at least five years in isolation and undergoing torture. الاولى في هذا الاستدعاء ، رفض المدعى عليهم الدفاعيه فرق بين المحامين النظاميين على قدم لهم عشية المحاكمه بعد ان كانوا قد أمضى مدة خمس سنوات على الاقل في عزلة ويخضع للتعذيب.
While observers were allowed into the courtroom, they were seated behind soundproof glass and provided a time-delayed audio transmission of the proceedings, in which prisoners’ statements referring to their torture at the hands of interrogators, drugs that had been administered to them and the circumstances of their arrests were all deleted. وفي حين ان المراقبين الذين يسمح لهم بدخول قاعة المحكمه ، وكانوا جالسين وراء الزجاج للصوت وقدمت فى وقت متأخر السمعيه انتقال من الإجراءات ، التى السجناء البيانات التي تشير الى تعرضهم للتعذيب على أيدي المستجوبين ، والمخدرات ، التي كانت تدار بها و ظروف القاء القبض عليهم تم حذف جميع.
One of the defendants, Ammar al-Baluchi, mocked the military judge when he explained the “rights” of the accused. واحد من المتهمين ، وعمار البلوشيه ، يستهزئون القاضي العسكري عند واوضح "حقوق" للمتهم. More than ample evidence has been uncovered in the course of these exposures to place Bush, Cheney, Rice and other top officials in the Bush administration on trial for their own war crimes. اكثر من ادلة وافره قد كشفت فى اثناء هذه التعرض لمكان بوش ، تشينى ، والارز وغيره من كبار المسئولين فى ادارة الرئيس بوش على محاكمة لجرائم الحرب الخاصة بها.
