Sunday, June 29th, 2008 الاحد ، يونيو 29th ، 2008 US congressional leaders agreed late last year to President George W. Bush’s funding request for a major escalation of covert operations against Iran aimed at destabilizing its leadership, according to a report in The New Yorker magazine published online on Sunday. واتفق القادة فى الكونغرس الامريكى فى اواخر العام الماضي الى الرئيس جورج دبليو بوش طلبات التمويل الرئيسية لتصاعد عمليات سرية ضد ايران تهدف الى زعزعة استقرار قيادتها ، وفقا لتقرير في مجلة يوركر جديدة نشرت على شبكة الانترنت يوم الاحد.
The article by reporter Seymour Hersh, from the magazine’s July 7 and 14 issue, centers on a highly classified Presidential Finding signed by Bush which by US law must be made known to Democratic and Republican House and Senate leaders and ranking members of the intelligence committees. المادة عن طريق مراسل سيمور هيرش ، من المجله في 7 و 14 تموز / يوليه المساله ، مراكز على درجة عالية من ايجاد تصنيف الرئاسى الذى وقعه بوش قبل قانون الولايات المتحدة يجب ان يتم التعريف الى البيت الديموقراطي والجمهوري في مجلس الشيوخ وقادة وأعضاء من ترتيب الاستخبارات اللجان.
“The Finding was focused on undermining Iran’s nuclear ambitions and trying to undermine the government through regime change,” the article cited a person familiar with its contents as saying, and involved “working with opposition groups and passing money.” "كانت تركز على ايجاد تقويض طموحات ايران النووية ومحاولة تقويض الحكومة من خلال تغيير النظام ،" ان المادة المذكورة شخص على درايه محتوياتها قوله ، وينطوي على "العمل مع جماعات المعارضة ، وإصدار المال".

The scale and the scope of the operations in Iran, which include the Central Intelligence Agency, have now been significantly expanded, the New Yorker article said, citing current and former officials. حجم ونطاق العمليات في ايران ، والتي تشمل وكالة الاستخبارات المركزية ، وقد تم الان توسعا كبيرا ، والمادة الجديدة يوركر وقال ، مشيرا الى المسؤولين الحاليين والسابقين.

None of the Democratic leaders in Congress would comment on the finding, the article said. ان ايا من الزعماء الديمقراطيين في الكونغرس من شأنه ان يعلق على الاستنتاج ، فان المادة. The White House, which has repeatedly denied preparing for military action against Iran, and the CIA also declined comment. البيت الابيض ، الذي نفى مرارا وتكرارا تستعد للقيام بعمل عسكري ضد ايران ، وايضا وكالة المخابرات المركزية رفضت التعليق.
