A British resident being held in Guantanamo Bay may be close to suicide after five years of captivity and torture at the hands of the Americans, the Foreign Secretary David Miliband has been warned in a medical report sent to the Government this week.一名英國居民被關押在古巴關塔那摩灣可能就在附近，以自殺，經過5年的囚禁和折磨，在掌握在美國人看來，外交大臣戴維miliband已經得到警告，在一份醫療報告，送交政府本星期。
