UK: Attack on Iran, big mistake المملكه المتحدة : الهجوم على ايران ، خطا كبيرا
British lawmakers say ‘Washington and allies’ should not use force on Iran cautioning it could ‘provoke an extremely violent backlash’. المشرعون البريطانية تقول 'واشنطن وحلفائها' ينبغي الا تستخدم القوة على كل من إيران ويحذر من انه يمكن 'اثارة ردة فعل عنيفة للغاية'.
“Any military strike against Iran would have ‘grave repercussions’ for the Middle East,” The House of Commons Foreign Affairs Select Committee said in a Sunday report. "اي ضربة عسكرية ضد ايران ستتمكن من' عواقب وخيمة 'لمنطقة الشرق الاوسط ،" لجنة مجلس العموم خارجية اختر وقالت اللجنة في تقرير الاحد.
In its ‘Global Security: Iran’ report, the select committee also warned that the use of force on Iran’s nuclear facilities would be “unlikely to succeed”. في دورته 'الامن العالمي : ايران' التقرير ، لجنة مختارة كما حذر من ان استخدام القوة على المنشآت النووية لايران سيكون "من المحتمل ان ينجح".
The report added that ‘given Iran’s ‘lynchpin’ role in energy security’, launching military strikes against the country ‘would also have a highly detrimental economic impact across the globe’. واضاف التقرير ان 'نظرا لايران' العمود الفقري 'دور في امن الطاقة' ، شن ضربات عسكرية ضد بلد 'سيكون لها ايضا تأثير اقتصادي ضار للغاية في جميع انحاء العالم'.
Washington and allies accuse Iran of conducting a covert weapons program and have done everything in their power to pressure Tehran into halting its nuclear program. وحلفاء واشنطن تتهم ايران باجراء برنامج الاسلحة الخفيه وفعلت كل ما في وسعهم للضغط على طهران الى وقف برنامجها النووي.
US President George W. Bush has kept the military option on the table, advocating that the ‘consequences of a nuclear-armed Iran are such that military strikes are justified, whether a smoking gun is found or not’. الرئيس الامريكى جورج دبليو بوش قد حصرت الخيار العسكري على الطاوله ، والدعوة الى ان 'عواقب أ المسلحه نوويا ايران هي ان هذه الضربات العسكرية لها ما يبررها ، ما إذا كان التدخين هو العثور على بندقيه ام لا'.
The committee, however, urged British echelons to persuade the White House into ‘directly engaging’ with Iran on the nuclear issue, ‘as the absence of such engagement has deprived the international community of a significant diplomatic tool’. بيد ان اللجنة ، وحثت البريطانية المستويات لاقناع البيت الابيض الى 'الاشتراك مباشرة' مع ايران بشأن المساله النووية ، 'حيث ان غياب هذه المشاركة قد حرم المجتمع الدولي من اداة هامة الدبلوماسية'.
“We recommend that the government urges Washington to consider offering a credible security guarantee to Iran if the Iranian government, in turn, will offer an equally credible and verifiable guarantee that it will not enter into a nuclear weapons program,” the committee concluded. "نوصي بأن واشنطن تحث الحكومة على النظر في تقديم ضمانات امنية موثوق بها لإيران إذا ارادت الحكومة الايرانيه ، بدوره ، سيتيح بالتساوي موثوقه ويمكن التحقق منها ضمان عدم الدخول في برنامج الأسلحة النووية ،" وخلصت اللجنة.
Iran maintains that as a signatory to the Non-Proliferation Treaty it is entitled to a uranium enrichment program in order to produce fuel for the country’s under-construction nuclear power plants. ان ايران تحتفظ بصفتها دولة موقعة على معاهدة عدم انتشار الاسلحة النووية ومن يحق لهم الحصول على برنامج لتخصيب اليورانيوم لانتاج الوقود للبلاد وكيل تشييد محطات الطاقة النووية.
