Why wouldn't I? My mother, who was Polish, was taken from her homeland by the Nazis and made to work under child's slave labor programm in Germany. Mother told me stories of how the Americans bombed Berlin, and other major towns to free her from the Germans. How times have changed... With hindsight, I have grown wiser and come to see this great country is not what it seemed to be. It has itself become the ogre, a term that once was reserved for communist countries and the like. In my short life, I have come to see the incumbent American government is corrupt and evil as anything that I have witnessed to date. It is sad to see the greatest country in the world, and with which I prided myself as being the "great protector" of the free world, has now become the country that threatens world peace and true freedom, and which I fear the most.
