I must say that i am pleasently supprised by this ruling as this shows that there is still some commen sense in the UK legal system , although it is beccoming a rare comodity these days .我必须说我pleasently supprised这个裁决，因为这表明，还有一些常见的意识，在英国的法律制度，虽然这是beccoming一种罕见的comodity这些天。 We all have too remember that the assets that were frozen were towards SUSPECTS not those who were actualy proven GUILTY and as in the UK we do indeed have a system of law that states that we are all assumed INNOCENT until proven GUILTY in a court of law , then by freezing the assets of those only SUSPECTED of a crime is not only assuming that a person is GUILTY before a trial has even taken place but is indeed a breach in my opinion of basic HUMAN RIGHTS !!!我们都太记得，资产被冻结人对嫌疑人而不是那些谁，其实证明有罪，并作为在英国，我们确实有一个法律制度的国家，我们都是无辜的假设被证明有罪之前在法庭上的法律，然后由冻结的资产，只有那些涉嫌犯罪的不仅是假设一个人有罪以前，审判，甚至发生了，但实在是一个缺口，我认为基本人权！ . 。
