馬德里： 幾乎50次飛行到/從有爭議的美國「反恐怖戰爭」陣營在關塔那摩海灣使用的西班牙空域在2002年之間和2007年和11在西班牙， El Pais每日報告的星期一登陸了。
El Pais援引機場管理機構提供的圖AENA，一部分的運輸部，給基於馬德里的法官Ismael Moreno。 Moreno is investigating at least 10 CIA-chartered flights which landed in the Balearic islands between January 2004 and January 2005 and which are suspected of having been used for the CIA’s “rendition” strategy.
This involves flying terrorist suspects through European states to detention in third countries. Amid allegations of the use of torture, the US treatment of the suspects has been widely criticised. The US administration insists that the “rendition” programme is legal however. afp
