马德里： 几乎50次飞行到/从有争议的美国“反恐怖战争”阵营在关塔那摩海湾使用了西班牙空域在2002年之间，并且在西班牙和11登陆的2007年， El Pais每日报告了星期一。
El Pais援引机场管理机构提供的图AENA，一部分的运输部，给基于马德里的法官Ismael Moreno。 Moreno is investigating at least 10 CIA-chartered flights which landed in the Balearic islands between January 2004 and January 2005 and which are suspected of having been used for the CIA’s “rendition” strategy.
This involves flying terrorist suspects through European states to detention in third countries. Amid allegations of the use of torture, the US treatment of the suspects has been widely criticised. The US administration insists that the “rendition” programme is legal however. afp
