By通過 MARK SHERMAN馬克謝爾曼 | The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that foreign terrorism suspects held at Guantanamo Bay have rights under the Constitution to challenge their detention in US civilian courts. |美國最高法院裁定，週四表示，外籍恐怖嫌疑人關押在關塔那摩監獄中灣的權利，根據憲法，挑戰他們被拘留在美國民事法院。

The justices handed the Bush administration its third setback at the high court since 2004 over its treatment of prisoners who are being held indefinitely and without charges at the US naval base in Cuba.法官轉交布什政府第三次挫折，在高等法院自2004年以來，超過其囚犯待遇誰正在舉行無限期未經指控在美國的海軍基地在古巴。 The vote was 5-4, with the court’s liberal justices in the majority.投票是5月4日，與法院的自由大法官在多數。
