Saturday, June 28th, 2008 السبت ، يونيو 28th ، 2008 Detainees at Guantanamo Bay are turned into “nomads” to keep them agitated and to punish those who break rules, a Sudanese journalist recently released from the US military prison said Friday. المحتجزين فى خليج غوانتانامو هي تحولت الى "البدو" للابقاء عليها وتحريكها لمعاقبة من كسر هذه القواعد ، صحفى سوداني افرج عنهم مؤخرا من سجن عسكرى امريكى قال يوم الجمعة.
Sami al-Haj said moving detainees between camps and from cell to cell appeared to be part of an official policy to destabilize them. سامي الحاج : قال تتحرك بين المخيمات والمعتقلين من خلية الى أخرى ويبدو ان جزءا من سياسة رسمية لزعزعة الاستقرار فيها. “They were made into nomads,” the Al-Jazeera journalist said. "قدمت الى البدو الرحل ،" الجزيرة قال الصحافي.
Frequent cell transfers at the prison became an issue in May when a Pentagon-appointed defense attorney sought to have an Afghan detainee’s charges dismissed citing abusive interrogation tactics. نقل تواترا خلية في السجن واصبحت القضية في ايار / مايو عندما البنتاغون محامي الدفاع المعين من يسعى الى ان يكون الافغان المحتجزين اتهامات ورفضت مشيرة الى اساليب الاستجواب المسيءه. The Pentagon Friday denied that al-Haj was mistreated. ونفى البنتاغون الجمعة ان الحاج كان لسوء المعامله. Earlier this week, the current commander of the prison, Navy Rear Adm.
