Repeatedly they (washingtonpost) allege that Iran "stopped their nuclear bomb making in 2003" .... that statement says that before 2003 they had a bomb program, yet no proof has ever been presented or found to that claim. It's a soft method of enforcing a lie to be believed by braindead people.
