Gli Ex-Abu prigionieri di Ghraib citano gli appaltatori degli Stati Uniti, tortura di reclamo

Yahoo | Quattro Iracheni hanno annunciato lunedì a Costantinopoli che stanno citando due ditte degli Stati Uniti ed i loro impiegati per presunto torturarli alla prigione rinomata di Abu Ghraib in Bagdad cinque anni fa La loro causa è contro l'appaltatore riservato di sicurezza CACI internazionale e due dei relativi interrogatori, Daniel Johnson e Tim Dugan e l'agenzia L-3 (precedentemente Titan Corp) di traduzione ed il relativo interpretatore, Abel Nakhla, avvocato William Gould hanno detto a AFP. Il loro reclamo doveva essere alloggiato lunedì alle corti in Maryland, Ohio e Washington - Stati Uniti dichiara dove i torturers presunti vivono - così come il Michigan, in cui L-3 ha reclutato la maggior parte dei relativi interpretatori, ad esempio Gould a Costantinopoli, in cui ha incontrato i suoi clienti da Irak. Ha detto che i casi di corte indicherebbero che accusati erano in Abu Ghraib e coinvolto in una cospirazione che ha incluso la tortura dei querelanti. Prigione di Abu Ghraib è diventato malfamato dopo la pubblicazione in 2004 delle fotografie mostrare i detainees iracheni che sono umiliati ed abusati dalle loro protezioni degli Stati Uniti. Lo scandalo ha condotto a sentenziare di 11 soldato a fino a 10 anni in prigione. La maggior parte dell'abuso ha avvenuto alla fine di 2003, quando gli impiegati di Titan e di CACI stavano lavorando nella prigione, gli Stati Uniti che le corti militari hanno detto. Ciò il secondo insieme delle cause contro CACI e L-3.
