L'UE dice agli S.U.A.: Non generi nuova Guantanamo

Langer and the EU policy paper said the United States should also take in some of the cleared detainees. “The responsibility of closing Guantanamo is first and foremost that of the United States,” the document said.? “The former inmates that could be taken in the EU are those who face no judicial charges, can be freed, cannot go back to their country of origin and want to be transferred to Europe.” ?
