El EU dice los E.E.U.U.: No cree Guantánamo nueva

Los Estados Unidos no deben permitir a su Bagram la base militar en Afganistán se convierta en una bahía nueva si quisieran que la ayuda europea de la unión cerrara la prisión en Cuba, funcionarios de Guantánamo del EU dichos jueves. ? Pero un papel de política confidencial del EU, obtenido por Reuters, dijo que tal ayuda dependería de las políticas totales del contra-terrorismo de Washington, incluyendo aseguramientos que Bagram u otros campos no se convirtió en Guantanamos nuevo. ? “Lo encontraría muy que sorprende, si la política (los E.E.U.U.) seguía siendo igual mientras que Guantánamo era cerrada, para ver el EU movilizarse,” coordinador Gilles de Reuters dicho Kerchove del contra-terrorismo del EU. ? El papel de política del EU dijo: “No estaría conforme a las políticas de las derechas del fundamental del EU para transferir simplemente Guantánamo a otra parte (es decir. en Bagram) sin solucionar la cuestión subyacente de la detención de los sospechosos del terror por tiempo indefinido y sin ensayo.” ? LOS E.E.U.U. RESPONSABILIDAD ? Una delegación del EU viajará a Washington a los mediados de marzo para discutir la edición. El EU es afilado mejorar los lazos transatlánticos, dañados por la guerra 2003 en Iraq, pero los países son excedente dividido si admitir a detainees de Guantánamo despejaron para el lanzamiento. ? U.S. authorities have cleared several dozen prisoners for release, including 17 members of China’s Muslim Uighur minority. But they have remained at Guantanamo because U.S. officials fear they would be tortured if returned to China. ? Langer and the EU policy paper said the United States should also take in some of the cleared detainees. “The responsibility of closing Guantanamo is first and foremost that of the United States,” the document said.? “The former inmates that could be taken in the EU are those who face no judicial charges, can be freed, cannot go back to their country of origin and want to be transferred to Europe.” ?
