The chaplain, Jean Johns, says she recently counselled a Canadian soldier who said he witnessed a boy being raped by an Afghan soldier, then wrote a report on the allegation for her brigade chaplain. القسيس ، جون جونز ، تقول انها في الآونة الاخيرة المشوره جندي كندي من قال انه شهد صبي اغتصاب من قبل جندي أفغاني ، ثم كتب تقريرا عن الادعاء لبلدها لواء قسيس.

The independent claims bolster the credibility of an account provided by Cpl. المطالبات المستقلة لدعم مصداقيه حساب المقدمة من cpl. Asked if Canadian Forces personnel are prevented from intervening in cases of abuse because of rules of engagement, Doucette wrote, “the general purpose of ROEs is to control the use of force by military forces in conducting their operations. سئل عما اذا كان افراد القوات الكنديه ومنعهم من التدخل في حالات سوء المعامله لان من قواعد الاشتباك ، doucette وكتبت : "ان الغرض العام للالظبيان هو السيطرة على استخدام القوة من جانب القوات العسكرية في اجراء عملياتها.

Lt. Col.
