Interrogation techniques used by the CIA on alleged terrorists can cause serious mental damage and are illegal in the United States, according to a report released Thursday by two non-governmental organizations, Physicians for Human Rights and Human Rights First.審訊技術使用的由中央情報局對被指控的恐怖分子可能會導致嚴重的精神損害賠償，並非法在美國，根據公佈的一份報告週四是由兩個非政府組織，人權醫生組織和人權第一組織。
