The United Nations General Assembly must immediately establish an International Criminal Tribunal for Israel (ICTI) as a “subsidiary organ” under UN Charter Article 22.聯合國大會必須立即設立一個國際刑事法庭的以色列（ ICTI ），作為“附屬機構”的聯合國憲章第22條。 The ICTI would be organized along the lines of the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia (ICTY), which was established by the Security Council.在ICTI將舉辦大致的南斯拉夫問題國際刑事法庭（前南問題國際法庭），這是安全理事會設立的。
