The United Nations General Assembly must immediately establish an International Criminal Tribunal for Israel (ICTI) as a “subsidiary organ” under UN Charter Article 22.联合国大会必须立即设立一个国际刑事法庭的以色列（ ICTI ），作为“附属机构”的联合国宪章第22条。 The ICTI would be organized along the lines of the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia (ICTY), which was established by the Security Council.在ICTI将举办大致的南斯拉夫问题国际刑事法庭（前南问题国际法庭），这是安全理事会设立的。
