4 millones de iraquíes que luchan para el alimento - la O.N.U

Cuatro millones de iraquíes están luchando para alimentarse, y 40 por ciento el país 27 millones de personas de no tienen ninguna agua segura, la O.N.U dicha hoy.
Iraq tiene desarrollo económico anual de alrededor 7 por ciento, según estimaciones de la O.N.U, y un presupuesto público de €33 mil millones, buoyed por las exportaciones de petróleo de 1.6 millones de barriles por día.
Pero la insurrección y los ataques sectarian han desplazado a más de dos millones de personas de e izquierdo casi dos veces tanto hambriento.
“Four million Iraqis cannot guarantee they’re going to have food on their table tomorrow,” the United Nations humanitarian co-ordinator for Iraq, David Shearer, said as he unveiled a €182 million appeal to donor governments for 2008.
The United Nations says the number of displaced people has roughly doubled since 2006 to nearly 2.5 million. High unemployment has left many others unable to feed themselves.
The Iraqi government said it would for the first time give €27.5 million from its own coffers to the aid appeal.
