L'ancienne tête de l'agence d'intelligence étrangère de la Grande-Bretagne dite lundi il témoignera que son organisation n'a eu rien à faire avec la mort de princesse Diana quand il semble à son enquête plus tard ce mois.

Monsieur Richard Dearlove, qui était chef de l'agence également connue sous le nom de MI6 de 1999 à 2004, a dit dans un rapport qu'il fait bon accueil à l'occasion « réfutent les allégations de la participation de SIS dans l'accident qui a mené aux décès de la princesse de Galles » et Dodi a ajusté.

Dearlove, directeur des opérations de l'agence à l'heure de la mort de Diana, témoignera fév. 20, le Foreign Office de la Grande-Bretagne dit.

Les autorités françaises blâment l'accident sur le conducteur Henri Paul, qui a été montré par des analyses de sang pour être au-dessus de la limite légale pour l'alcool. Paul est également mort dans l'accident.

Une enquête britannique de police a conclu en 2006 que les trois décès étaient « un accident tragique » et que les allégations du meurtre étaient non fondées.

L'enquête dans la mort de Diana - requise par loi britannique quand quelqu'un meurt inopinément, violemment ou des causes inconnues - a commencé l'année dernière après un de dix ans retardent en raison des investigations approfondies par la police française et britannique.

Lundi, l'ancien ambassadeur de la Grande-Bretagne à Paris a nié Al a ajusté la réclamation qu'il a commandé le corps de Diana être embaumé pour dissimuler une grossesse.

« Vous vous rendez compte qu'on l'ait suggéré que vous ayez personnellement commandé l'embaumement du corps de la princesse de Galles sur les instructions de MI5 de cacher le fait qu'elle était enceinte avec l'enfant de Dodi ? » Ian demandé Burnett, un avocat pour le coroner.

« Il n'y a aucune vérité dans cette allégation quelque, » l'ancien ambassadeur, geai de Michael, répondu.

Jean Monceau, un embalmer qui s'est appelé à l'hôpital, a dit qu'il a dit le consul-général britannique à Paris que le corps devrait être embaumé. D'autres témoins à l'enquête ont contesté Al ont ajusté la réclamation que Diana était enceinte quand elle est morte.

Jay also denied Al Fayed’s claim that Diana’s brother-in-law, Robert Fellowes, had been in Paris on the night of her death to coordinate a murder plot initiated by Prince Philip. Fellowes, who is married to Diana’s sister Jane, is scheduled to testify on Tuesday.

Al Fayed was also due to testify next week, Lord Justice Scott Baker said.

The Secret Intelligence Service, MI6, is behind a virtually unprecedented attempt to hold a British murder trial in secret, the Guardian can disclose. The home secretary, Jacqui Smith, has been asked to sign a public interest immunity certificate - a gagging order - at the request of the agency, which is responsible for spying and recruiting agents abroad. It is also involved in money laundering investigations.Wang Lam, 45, a financial trader from Hampstead, north-west London, who was arrested in Switzerland, is accused of murdering an 86-year-old recluse, Allan Chappelow, who lived in the Hampstead area. The body was discovered after £10,000 reportedly went missing from the victim’s bank account.

A secret hearing at the high court last week was adjourned until the new year. The Crown Prosecution Service will then apply for the entire trial, or large parts of it, to be held with press and public excluded. The CPS refused yesterday to confirm the reason for its rare application, and the Home Office refused to comment on reports that the defendant had acted as an informant.

The CPS said the move was “in the interests of justice” and the Home Office said it would not talk about PII certificates. Although MI6 is answerable to the foreign secretary, Smith was asked to sign the PII certificate because the Home Office is responsible for the conduct of criminal trials in the UK. Lam is defended by Kirsty Brimelow and Geoffrey Robertson QC, who came to prominence in the 1992 Matrix Churchill case, in which PII certificates were involved. In that case defendants were cleared of charges of arms dealing with Iraq, after disclosure of their links with British intelligence.

PII certificates are generally used to conceal evidence involving national security, intelligence methods, or undercover informants. It is extremely unusual to attempt to keep secret an entire trial, especially when it is not a spy case.

The trial judge can refuse to accept the reasons for a PII certificate, if the defence asks for the trial to take place in public in the normal way. It is also open to the media to challenge such a secrecy order.

Lawyers involved in the case said yesterday that they were forbidden by the court to discuss any aspect of the secrecy application. Lam has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, burglary and deception. He was arrested near Zug, Switzerland, by Swiss police, on an international warrant.

Chappelow was known in the Hampstead area as a reclusive figure, whose house in a wealthy area was neglected, with an overgrown garden. It was reported earlier that bank officials had alerted police after apparently unusual transactions on his account. Ten thousand pounds was reported to have been transferred by someone claiming to be him. Cheques, mail and a mobile phone were also allegedly missing from his house.

Patrick Daniel Tillman was born on 6^th November, 1976 in San Jose, California and was into football. He was an American, who quitted sports and joined the United States Army in May, 2002 accompanied by Kevin Tillman, his brother. However he did not live for a long time and died fighting against Afghanistan on the 22^nd April, 2004. This resulted in a lot of enquiries being conducted. To get a proper result the United States Congress also initiated the search because of the poor performance of the people involved earlier.

Pat Tillman initiated his college life performing as the linebacker for the Arizona State University in the year 1994 and was able to get the last scholarship which would help the team. He had a quarterback friend called Jake Plummer, who also became his teammate in the Arizona Cardinals. He was also given the honor of the Pac-10 Defensive Player of the Year. He excelled in the field of marketing and took three and a half years to complete his graduation securing 3.84 GPA.
 
Pat Tillman was the first one as the football player who met death in combat after the end of the life of Bob Kalsu from the Buffalo Bills. Bob was  killed in the Vietnam War in the year 1970 very much similar to the fate met by Pat. He was also appraised to the position of Corporal from that of a Specialist.
 
Pat Tillman was the person, who was awarded the Silver Star and Purple Heart medals. He had a wife called Marie. He came into the limelight due to his stay in Iraq and Afghanistan and the end of his life as a result. On the 28th May, 2004 it was reported by the Pentagon that Tillman died because of  a massive fire. However it was clarified many days after the memorial service by the Department of Defense with the view to save the reputation of the U.S. armed forces.
 
The father of Pat Tillman, who was professionaly a lawyer in San Jose discovered from the statements made by the various witness as well as the documents containing the army words that everything was hidden and manipulated purposely by the higher authorities. A week after the 27th July, 2007 the Associated Press found out from the military material received under the Freedom of Information Act that there were three bullets in Pat’s forehead. They also forced the higher officials to find out whether the reason behind his death was a crime but to no success.
 
According to the information received from the doctors who conducted Pat Tillman’s autopsy, it was found that M16 was used from a distance of nearly 10 yards (10 m) to kill him. The Army criminal investigation which was made was able to prove that he lost his life due to friendly fire but it was not that successful because of the lack of retention of the physical evidence like bullet fragments. MI5, which has a target of increasing its current 3,000 staff to 4,000 by 2011, also insisted that it wanted to improve relations with Muslim communities.

The BBC Monday was broadcasting a series of interviews with ethnic community members working for Britain’s intelligence and security services in a bid to broaden the recruitment of MI5 and MI6 officers among the country’s minority communities.

A male and female agent, calling themselves Shazad and Jayshree, were permitted to talk for the first time, spoke on the BBC’s Asian Network about their job, which they insisted was to protect the UK and not target Muslims.

“If you look at the bigger picture, I think you realise this isn’t about spying on your own community, or letting your own community down, or any of those things,” Shazad said.

“It is about protecting people like yourself - others out there - from threats, and there can be a number of different kinds of threats,” he said.

Yasmin, who was introduced as a member of overseas intelligence agency MI6, was also reported to have told BBC Radio 1’s Newsbeat about her work recruiting spies.

Yasmin insisted that she did not think she was recruited because of her Muslim faith and said she would challenge “very strongly” any suggestion that her religion complicated her work.

The head of MI6 recruitment, Mark, said the organisation wanted to attract people and to be truly to be representative and reflective from all ethnic minorities, not just Muslims.

“We want to be truly, but clearly if we are going to be reflective we do need to have Muslims in our organisation because of the insight and understanding that they bring,” he said.

Britain’s domestic security service, MI5, also told the BBC that it hoped the insight into life as a British Asian agent will help increase its percentage of black and minority ethnic staff, which currently stands at 6.5 per cent.

Renegade spy Richard Tomlinson will tell the Princess Diana inquest that he believes Ritz hotel security chief Henri Paul met an MI6 handler on the night she died.

Today we also reveal a French spy chief allegedly seen chatting to Paul on the night of the crash is refusing to give evidence at the inquest.

Mr Tomlinson, a former MI6 officer once jailed for leaking Government secrets, will make sensational claims via a videolink from his bolthole in France to the inquest in London.

He is refusing to return to Britain to give evidence in person because he fears he will be arrested and jailed. Cambridge-educated Mr Tomlinson, 40, will give evidence supporting the claim by Harrods tycoon Mohamed Al Fayed that there was an Establishment plot to kill Diana to stop her marrying his son, Dodi, a Muslim.

Private testimony that Mr Tomlinson gave earlier caused ructions within MI6, leading to him being closely monitored by the British security services. Mr Tomlinson told the French examining magistrate Herve Stephan that a Frenchman working in the security department at the Paris Ritz was on MI6’s books.

He added: “I cannot claim that I remember from reading this file that the name of the person was Henri Paul but I have no doubt with the benefit of hindsight that it was he.”

In 2001 he claimed: “Henri Paul, who was the driver at the time of the accident, was an MI6 informer and, rather interestingly, he was missing for about half an hour before the accident.

“No one knows where he was and then when he was killed he was found with a very high alcohol level in his blood and a very substantial amount of money in his pocket.

“Now putting those three pieces of circumstantial evidence together, I suspect that shortly prior to his death he was in a meeting with his MI6 handler.

“I think that MI6 should hand over his personal file as a witness statement because clearly in an inquest into his death, knowing where he was for that missing half hour, who he was with and how much alcohol he had drunk are very important factors.

“What I am saying is that there is important information in MI6 files and I think that they should be handed over to the judge in charge of the inquest.”

Speaking exclusively to the Sunday Express from his home in France, Mr Tomlinson said he will reveal discussions he had within MI6 in May 1992 with a colleague about an assassination plot.

The Sunday Express has been given the identity of the MI6 man he spoke to but we are not publishing his name on the grounds that his security may be compromised.

Mr Tomlinson said: “I was having a serious discussion with a colleague on developing and targeting operations in the Balkans. These were known as P/40s. He handed me a Y-file, identified as most restricted by the yellow stripe on the front. Inside was a document, two typed pages long, with a small yellow card attached to signify it was an accountable account rather than a draft proposal.

“Accountable meant it was in a ready to act state. It was entitled ‘The Need to Assassinate President Milosevic of Serbia’. I distributed it to senior MI6 officers.

“There were detailed discussions and the consensus was that a stun device could be used to dazzle the driver’s gaze of Milosevic’s car as it passed through the Geneva tunnel, forcing him to crash.”

Milosevic was to attend an international conference on the former Yugoslavia.

Mr Tomlinson added: “What later struck me about the deaths of Diana and Dodi was that the claims how they had died mimicked what was in the document on how to assassinate Milosevic.

“I will testify that the Y-file document shows Henri Paul could have been blinded as he drove through the Paris underpass by a high-powered flashlight.

“The Y-file proves this was a technique which, at the time of Diana and Dodi’s deaths, was consistent with MI6 methods.”

The inquest into the death of Diana and Dodi has seen CCTV footage of the couple in and around the Ritz Hotel in Paris on the night of August 30, 1997.

But the inquest has been told there were gaps in the movements of Henri Paul, the hotel’s acting head of security. He left the hotel between 7pm and 10pm, thinking his duties were over, but returned when Diana and Mr Fayed unexpectedly returned to the hotel for a meal.

Where Mr Paul went during those crucial three hours has never been fully explained. There is also a period when he went missing for eight and a half minutes from 10.22pm when he was not picked up on any CCTV cameras.

The investigation into the crash carried out by former Metropolitan Police chief Lord Stevens decided that Mr Tomlinson was unreliable and that he had embellished his accounts.

Scotland Yard detectives working for Lord Stevens carried out detailed investigations at MI6. They discovered that an MI6 officer, codenamed Fish, did write a proposal in 1993 to assassinate an extremist Balkans leader, but it was not Milosevic, and senior officers in the service said the man was acting alone and the plan would not have been sanctioned.

Mr Tomlinson said: “The two Stevens’ detectives said in their own inquiries at MI6 that it became very clear that what I had told them, and which they had confirmed in the MI6 files, would have an important influence on how the Stevens inquiry finally reported.

“There is no doubt at all there was a major intelligence presence in events leading up to the death of Princess Diana and Dodi.”

New Zealand born Mr Tomlinson joined MI6 as agent D/813317 in 1991. He worked as a “targeting officer”, serving in the Balkans and Moscow. Later he served in the East European Controllerate, one of the most important departments in the Secret Intelligence Service. It gave him access to the highly restricted Y-files.
 
He was sacked in 1995 and was jailed for a year in December 1997 for breaching the Official Secrets Act, a sentence which has left him with bitter memories.

He says he does not know why he was sacked, but admits he was depressed when he finished working in Bosnia because of the dreadful sights he witnessed. Last March the Crown Prosecution Service announced that it would not be prosecuting Mr Tomlinson for offences under the Official Secrets Act.

The then Attorney General Lord Goldsmith decided it would not be in the public interest  to continue legal action against him.

It was alleged that Mr Tomlinson had committed blackmail offences by threatening to make more disclosures because Scotland Yard would not return computers seized from him.

MI6 agents were operating in Paris at the time of the car crash that killed Diana, Princess of Wales, and Dodi Fayed, the jury hearing the inquest into their deaths was told yesterday.

The presence of the secret intelligence officers has been used by MohamedAl Fayed to support his allegation that his son and Diana were murdered by MI6 as part of a conspiracy involving the Royal Family. Mr Al Fayed believes MI6 officers used stun guns in the Paris road tunnel on the night of 31 August 1997 to blind the driver of the car carrying Dodi and the princess, causing him to crash into one of the pillars.

Britain’s ambassador to Paris in 1997, Sir Michael Jay, is expected to attend the inquest to deny any links between MI6 and a conspiracy to murder the couple.

The coroner, Lord Justice Scott Baker, told the jury: “The UK has maintained from the outset that it was entirely unaware of Diana’s presence in Paris.”

He also told the jury that Sir Michael had said no officers working for the security or intelligence services were involved in a conspiracy to cause the death of Diana. But the coroner said it was up to the six women and five men jurors to make their own minds up about the reliability of the evidence relating to the alleged involvement of the British secret intelligence services.

Mr Al Fayed also claims the driver of the Mercedes in which the couple were travelling was an agent working for MI6 and evidence was tampered with to portray him as a drunk driver. This, said the coroner, was one of the 10 parts of Mr Al Fayed’s conspiracy theory.

Lord Justice Scott Baker said CCTV footage of M. Paul working in the Ritz hotel on the night of the crash showed him to be acting soberly although medical evidence later found him to be twice over the UK legal drink driving limit.

French police twice searched M. Paul’s home but found more alcohol on the second visit than they claimed to have found on the first. The coroner said there was “no obvious explanation for this” and told the jury: “You must consider whether there is any sinister implication”.

The judge added: “Members of the jury, you will have to decide if indeed samples analysed came from Henri Paul or whether they came from a completely different person.” He said the CCTV film showed Mr Paul bending down and tying his shoe laces while working at the Ritz. “There is no indication that his movements were affected by alcohol,” he said.

It became clear yesterday that questions of Diana’s supposed pregnancy would become a central theme of the inquests.

Mr Al Fayed alleges that the princess was pregnant and this was covered up by the British Government to avoid causing embarrassment to the Royal Family. He claims an unlawful embalming took place in Paris shortly after her death to hide the fact that Diana was expecting a baby.

The coroner said the allegation was important in the context of the Fayed conspiracy theory because it provided a motive for her murder and an explanation for the embalming. But he said there was “no indication given by Diana” either to her close friends and family or her doctor that she was pregnant. In fact, the coroner said the jury would hear evidence later that showed Princess Diana was taking the contraceptive pill. He also reminded the jury that two Home Office pathologists who had examined the body had found no “physical features” supporting that suggestion.

The coroner said that for an embalming to be lawful under French law, authority was required from a French mayor or from French police as well as a member of the deceased’s family. But in the case of the princess no family member appeared to have given consent. Instead, it appears that a decision was taken in Paris shortly after her death by her private secretary and Paul Burrell, her butler.

He went on: “It is likely the pregnancy is a matter that cannot be proved one way or the other in scientific terms. You will of course consider the scientific evidence such as it is but you will also hear evidence from several sources about what Diana had said to her friends and intimate details of her personal life.”

The coroner said he hoped Mr Burrell would give evidence. He said: “Paul Burrell has made a number of witness statements… I hope that he will come here to give evidence… Paul Burrell, you may think, was in an unrivalled position to know about her and give insight into various aspects of Diana’s life. But I am not going to anticipate what his evidence may be.”

Another matter for the jury to consider - the whereabouts of private letters sent by the Duke of Edinburgh to Diana – was raised by the coroner, who said that, if indeed they had existed, it seemed they were now “missing”. He added that, although Diana’s sister, Lady Sarah McCorquodale, was “certain” no such correspondence had existed, Mr Burrell insisted it had. The hearing continues.

Fragments of bomb timer that helped to convict a Libyan ex-agent were ‘practically carbonised’ before the trial, says bankrupt Swiss businessman

The key piece of material evidence used by prosecutors to implicate Libya in the Lockerbie bombing has emerged as a probable fake.
Nearly two decades after Pan Am flight 103 exploded over Scotland on 21 December, 1988, allegations of international political intrigue and shoddy investigative work are being levelled at the British government, the FBI and the Scottish police as one of the crucial witnesses, Swiss engineer Ulrich Lumpert, has apparently confessed that he lied about the origins of a crucial ‘timer’ - evidence that helped tie the man convicted of the bombing to the crime.

The disaster killed 270 people when the London to New York Boeing 747 exploded in mid-air. Britain and the US blamed Libya, saying that its leader, Colonel Muammar Gadaffi, wanted revenge for the US bombing of Tripoli in 1986. At a trial in the Netherlands in 2001, former Libyan agent Abdulbaset al-Megrahi was jailed for life.

He is currently serving his sentence in Greenock prison, but later this month the Scottish Court of Appeal is expected to hear Megrahi’s case, after the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission ruled in June that there was enough evidence to suggest a miscarriage of justice. Lumpert’s confession, which was given to police in his home city of Zurich last week, will strengthen Megrahi’s appeal.

The Zurich-based Swiss businessman Edwin Bollier, who has spent nearly two decades trying to clear his company’s name, is as eager for the appeal as is Megrahi. Bollier’s now bankrupt company, Mebo, manufactured the timer switch that prosecutors used to implicate Libya after they said that fragments of it had been found on a Scottish hillside.

Bollier, now 70, admits having done business with Libya. ‘Two years before Lockerbie, we sold 20 MST-13 timers to the Libyan military. FBI agents and the Scottish investigators said one of those timers had been used to detonate the bomb. We were shown a fuzzy photograph and I confirmed the fragments looked as though they came from one of our timers.’

However, Bollier was uneasy with the photograph he had been shown and asked to see the fragments. He was finally given permission in 1998 and travelled to Dumfries to see the evidence.

‘I was shown fragments of a brown circuit board which matched our prototype. But when the MST-13 went into production, the timers contained green boards. I knew that the timers sold to Libya had green boards. I told the investigators this.’

Back in Switzerland, Bollier’s company was in effect bankrupt, having faced a lawsuit from Pan Am and having lost major clients, such as the German federal police to which Mebo supplied communications equipment.

In 2001, Bollier spent five days in the witness box at the Lockerbie trial at Camp Zeist in the Netherlands. ‘I was a defence witness, but the trial was so skewed to prove Libyan involvement that the details of what I had to say was ignored. A photograph of the fragments was produced in court and I asked to see the pieces again. When they were brought to me, they were practically carbonised. They had been tampered with since I had seen them in Dumfries.’

Few people apart from conspiracy theorists and investigative journalists working on the case were prepared to believe Bollier until the end of last month, when Lumpert, one of his former employees, walked into a Zurich police station and asked to swear an affidavit before a notary.

RUSSIAN officials announced yesterday that a criminal investigation had been opened into allegations by a former tax police officer that he was recruited as an informant by MI6 with the help of Alexander Litvinenko, the former KGB agent who died of polonium poisoning in London last year.

Vyacheslav Zharko is said to have turned himself in to the FSB, the successor to the KGB, 10 days ago and confessed to having worked for British intelligence since 2002. He claims that he was introduced to MI6 officers by Litvinenko during a trip to London in that year.

Zharko said he met his British handlers regularly in Turkey, Finland and Cyprus and supplied them with analytical reports on Russia’s economy and politics. In return, he claims, he was paid about £60,000. He estimates that MI6 spent an additional £150,000 on expenses.

“I needed money so when Litvinenko told me that I could earn easy cash by collaborating with British intelligence I agreed,” Zharko, 36, told The Sunday Times in his first interview with a western newspaper. “I saw myself as a consultant. I began to worry after Litvinenko’s death because I feared I’d be sucked into something too dangerous. That’s when I turned myself in.”

The FSB, which has investigated Zharko, backs his claims but will not prosecute him for espionage, saying that he did not reveal any state secrets and had come forward voluntarily. His testimony comes a month after Andrei Lugovoi, a former KGB officer named by the Crown Prosecution Service as the prime suspect in the death of Litvinenko, accused MI6 of trying to recruit him.

Russia has refused to extradite Lugovoi, who met Litvinenko on the day he was poisoned, to face trial in Britain and the Kremlin has angrily rejected accusations that it was behind the murder. Like Zharko, Lugovoi, who has protested his innocence, claims British intelligence sought to recruit him with Litvinenko’s help.

The fallout over Litvinenko’s death, which also left dozens of people contaminated with polonium 210, together with the subsequent row over Lugovoi, has plunged relations between Britain and Russia to their lowest point since the end of the cold war.

The dispute has also provoked a propaganda battle between MI6 and the FSB, two former foes that, officially at least, are partners in the fight on terrorism. British investigators are believed to suspect that Litvinenko, a former FSB officer who fled to Britain and was granted asylum, and who became a fierce critic of Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, was killed by his former employer.

The FSB rejects the claim and is now hitting back, using Zharko’s testimony to highlight allegations of secret MI6 operations in Russia. “For months we’ve been accused of killing Litvinenko,” said an FSB source.

“The Brits have been waging an information war against us and now we are responding in kind. We have gone public with Zharko’s story because it proves that Britain is actively spying against Russia and that Litvinenko was in cahoots with MI6.” Zharko claimed he had first met Litvinenko through Boris Berezovsky, the exiled Russian tycoon and opponent of Putin.

Berezovsky has been granted asylum in Britain. A former tax police officer in St Petersburg, Zharko had turned to Berezovsky for help in 2000 when an investigation he had led into a rival tycoon was threatened for political reasons. According to Zharko, Berezovsky — who at the time had fallen out with the tycoon under investigation — used his influence to keep the investigation open.

In 2002 Zharko left the tax police but stayed in touch with Berezovsky who by then had fled to Britain after falling out with Putin. It was during a trip to London five years ago that the billionaire, who according to Zharko knew him under the false name of Vladislav Petrov, put him in touch with Litvinenko. In turn, Litvinenko introduced Zharko to several British “friends”, who claimed to be business consultants but who later revealed themselves as MI6 officers and told him they were interested in recruiting him as an informant.

“They agreed to pay me €2,000 [£1,355] a month,” Zharko said. “I was told I shouldn’t travel to London any more because Berezovsky’s entourage was closely watched by Russian intelligence. I was supplied with a mobile phone I was to use to make contact with them, but only outside Russia.

“Litvinenko led them to believe that I’d worked in Russian intelligence so they thought I was a good catch.” According to Zharko, during his years of secret work for MI6 he had several meetings in the West with a total of four undercover British handlers. He talked fondly about one of the MI6 agents.

“We spent many nights drinking together and he once told me how he had photographed some secret documents in the toilets of a Moscow restaurant,” he said.

Zharko said that at first his British handlers had been interested in information on several Russian companies. Then they asked him to compile a series of analytical reports on the political situation in Ukraine in the run-up to the country’s Orange revolution and were also interested in information on any FSB operations against western non-governmental organisations working in Russia.

Zharko claims he supplied his case officers with information he compiled only from open sources. His final meeting with his handlers took place last November in Istanbul, a few days after Litvinenko’s death, he said. He last spoke to them on the phone in June.

It is not the first time the FSB has publicly claimed to have exposed an MI6 operation. Last year it leaked footage of four diplomats posted at the embassy, allegedly downloading secret data from a transmitter concealed in a fake rock left in a Moscow park.

Relations between the two countries have been steadily worsening since. For months members of a pro-Kremlin youth group harassed Sir Anthony Brenton, the British ambassador in Moscow, after he attended an opposition gathering. Last week Brenton issued an angry public denial after a Russian paper claimed that asylum could be bought in Britain.

“We are in the middle of an information battle,” said a British diplomat who was based in Moscow. “Relations were hard enough before the Litvinenko case. They’ve since taken a sharp turn for the worst. Expect more salvos to be fired.”

It may be a revelation to many people that the global drug trade is controlled and run by the intelligence agencies. In this global drug trade British intelligence reigns supreme. As intelligence insiders know MI5 and MI6 control many of the other intelligence agencies in the world (CIA, MOSSAD etc) in a vast web of intrigue and corruption that has its global power base in the city of London, the square mile.

My name is James Casbolt and I worked for MI6 in ‘black ops’ cocaine trafficking with the IRA and MOSSAD in London and Brighton between 1995 and 1999. My father Peter Casbolt was also MI6 and worked with the CIA and mafia in Rome, trafficking cocaine into Britain.

My experience was that the distinctions of all these groups became blurred until in the end we were all one international group working together for the same goals. We were puppets who had our strings pulled by global puppet masters based in the city of London. Most levels of the intelligence agencies are not loyal to the people of the country they are based in and see themselves as ’super national’. It had been proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that the CIA has been bringing in most of the drugs into America for the last fifty years (see ex LAPD officer Michael Rupert’s ‘From the wilderness’ website for proof).

The CIA operates under orders from British intelligence and was created by British intelligence in 1947. The CIA today is still loyal to the international bankers based in the city of London and the global elite aristocratic families like the Rothchilds and the Windsor’s. Since it was first started, MI6 has always brought drugs into Britain. They do not bring ’some’ of the drugs into Britain but I would estimate MI6 bring in around ninety percent of the drugs in. They do this by pulling the strings of many organised crime and terrorist groups and these groups like the IRA are full of MI6 agents.

MI6 bring in heroin from the middle east, cocaine from south America and cannabis from morocco as well as other places. British intelligence also designed and created the drug LSD in the 1950’s through places like the Tavistock Institute in London. By the 1960’s MI5, MI6 and the CIA were using LSD as a weapon against the angry protestors of the sixties and turned them into ‘flower children’ who were too tripped out to organise a revolution. Dr Timothy Leary the LSD guru of the sixties was a CIA puppet. Funds and drugs for Leary’s research came from the CIA and Leary says that Cord Meyer, the CIA agent in charge of funding the sixties LSD counter culture has “helped me to understand my political cultural role more clearly”.

In 1998, I was sent 3000 LSD doses on blotting paper by MI5 with pictures of the European union flag on them. The MI5 man who sent them told my father this was a government ’signature’ and this LSD was called ‘Europa’. This global drugs trade controlled by British intelligence is worth at least 짙500 billion a year. This is more than the global oil trade and the economy in Britain and America is totally dependent on this drug money.

Mafia crime boss John Gotti exposed the situation when asked in court if he was involved in drug trafficking. He replied”No we can’t compete with the government”. I believe this was only a half truth because the mafia and the CIA are the same group at the upper levels. In Britain, the MI6 drug money is laundered through the Bank of England, Barclays Bank and other household name companies. The drug money is passed from account to account until its origins are lost in a huge web of transactions. The drug money comes out ‘cleaner’ but not totally clean.

Diamonds are then bought with this money from the corrupt diamond business families like the Oppenheimers. These diamonds are then sold and the drug money is clean. MI6 and the CIA are also responsible for the crack cocaine epidemic in Britain and America. In 1978, MI6 and the CIA were in south America researching the effects of the natives smoking ‘basuco’ cocaine paste. This has the same effect as crack cocaine. They saw that the strength and addiction potential was far greater than ordinary cocaine and created crack cocaine from the basuco formula. MI6 and the CIA then flooded Britain and America with crack. Two years later, in 1980, Britain and America were starting to see the first signs of the crack cocaine epidemic on the streets.

On August 23, 1987, in a rural community south of Little Rock in America, two teenage boys named Kevin Ives and Don Henry were murdered and dismembered after witnessing a CIA cocaine drop that was part of a CIA drug trafficking operation based at a small airport in Mena, Arkansas. Bill Clinton was the governor of Arkansas at the time. Bill Clinton was involved with the CIA at this time and $100 million worth of cocaine was coming through the Mena, Arkansas airport each month. For proof see the books ‘Compromise’ and ‘Dope Inc’.

On my father’s international MI6 drug runs, whatever fell off the back of the lorry so to speak he would keep and we would sell it in Britain. As long as my father was meeting the speedboats from Morocco in the Costa del Sol and then moving the lorry loads of cannabis through their MI6, IRA lorry business into Britain every month, British intelligence were happy. As long as my father was moving shipments of cocaine out of Rome every month, MI5 and MI6 were happy. If my father kept a bit to sell himself no one cared because there was enough drugs and money to go round in this 500 billion a year global drugs trade.

The ones who were really paying were the people addicted. Who were paying with suffering. But karma always catches up and both myself and my father became addicted to heroin in later years and my father died addicted, and poor in prison under very strange circumstances. Today, I am clean and drug-free and wish to help stop the untold suffering this global drugs trade causes.

The intelligence agencies have always used addictive drugs as a weapon against the masses to bring in their long term plan for a one world government, a one world police force designed to be NATO and a micro chipped population known as the New World Order. As the population is in a drug or alcohol-induced trance watching ‘Coronation Street’, the new world order is being crept in behind them. 1. Tibor Rosenbaum — a MOSSAD agent and head of the Geneva based Banque du Credit international. This bank was the forerunner to the notorious Bank of Credit and Commerce international (BCCI) which is a major intelligence drug money laundering bank. ‘Life’ magazine exposed Rosenbaum’s bank as a money launderer for the Meyer Lansky American organised crime family and Tibor Rosenbaum funded and supported ‘Permindex’ the MI6 assassination unit which was at the heart of the John F. Kennedy assassination.

2. Robert Vesco — sponsored by the Swiss branch of the Rothchilds and part of the American connection to the Medellin drug cartel in Columbia.

3. Sir Francis de Guingand — former head of British intelligence, now living in south Africa (and every head of MI5 and MI6 has been involved in the drug world before and after him).

4. Henry Keswick — chairman of Jardine Matheson which is one of the biggest drug trafficking operations in the world. His brother John Keswick is chairman of the bank of England.

5. Sir Martin Wakefield Jacomb — Bank of England director from 1987 to 1995, Barclays Bank Deputy Chairman in 1985, Telegraph newspapers director in 1986 (This is the reason why this can of worms doesn’t get out in the mainstream media. The people who are perpetrating these crimes control most of the mainstream media. In America former director of the CIA William Casey is head of the council of the media network ABC. Many insiders refer to ABC as ‘The CIA network.)

6. George Bush, Snr. — former President and former head of the CIA and America’s leading drug baron who has fronted more wars on drugs than any other president, which in reality is just a method to eliminate competition. A whole book could be written on George Bush’s involvement in the global drug trade but it is well-covered in the book ‘Dark Alliance’ by investigative journalist Gary Webb. Gary Webb was found dead with two gunshot wounds to the back of his head with a revolver. The case was declared a ’suicide’. You figure that out. Gary Webb as well as myself and other investigators, found that much of this ‘black ops’ drug money is being used to fund projects classified above top secret. These projects include the building and maintaining of deep level underground bases in Dulce in New Mexico, Pine gap in Australia, Snowy mountains in Australia, The Nyala range in Africa, west of Kindu in Africa, next to the Libyan border in Egypt, Mount Blanc in Switzerland, Narvik in Scandinavia, Gottland island in Sweden and many other places around the world (more about these underground bases in my next issue).
