Foreigners who repeatedly flout the rules when they are made to apply for ID cards will be thrown out, the Government said yesterday. مرارا الاجانب الذين ينتهكون القواعد عندما تقدم طلبات للحصول على بطاقات هوية سوف يلقى بهم خارج ، وقالت الحكومة امس.
Immigrants will have to give two fingerprints, iris scans and a raft of personal details to the Home Office when the scheme is introduced for foreign nationals only later this year. وسيتعين على المهاجرين اعطاء اثنين البصمات ، ومسح القزحيه الطوافه من التفاصيل الشخصيه الى وزارة الداخلية عند هذا المخطط هو عرض لرعايا اجانب الا في وقت لاحق من هذا العام.
Ministers said that, if they fail to comply with these “primary requirements”, they could have their permission to stay in the UK revoked. وقال ان وزراء ، وإذا فشلت في الامتثال لهذه "الاحتياجات الاساسية" ، وانها يمكن ان يكون لها اذنا بالبقاء في المملكه المتحدة لاغيه.
But papers released yesterday revealed that only serial offenders - who break the rules at least three times in five years - will face removal. ولكن أوراق افرجت امس كشفت ان المسلسل المجرمين فقط -- الذي كسر القواعد ثلاث مرات على الأقل في السنوات الخمس -- ستواجه ازالتها.
Initially, they will face only fines of £250 per offence. في بادئ الامر ، والا فانهم سيواجهون غرامات من 250 جنيه استرليني لكل جريمه.
