The US House of Representatives defied President George W. Bush on Thursday, passing a bill tightening legal oversight of the power of intelligence agents to use wiretaps to eavesdrop on terror suspects.美国国会众议院不顾总统布什周四，通过议案，加强法律监督的权力，情报人员使用的监听窃听恐怖嫌疑人。
