A London-based human rights watchdog group on surveillance and privacy has released its National Privacy Ranking for 2007, ranking the US, Russia, China and much of Southeast Asia at the bottom. مقرها لندن لحقوق الانسان لرقابة والاشراف على فريق الخصوصيه قد افرجت عن الخصوصيه الوطنية الترتيب ل2007 ، الترتيب الولايات المتحدة وروسيا والصين والكثير من دول جنوب شرق آسيا في اسفل.
Privacy International ranked Greece, Romania and Canada as leaders in protecting their citizens’ privacy. الخصوصيه الدولى فى المرتبة اليونان ، ورومانيا وكندا ، باعتبارنا قادة ، في حمايه مواطنيها الخصوصيه.
The group assesses and ranks 14 criteria: Constitutional protection, statutory protection, privacy enforcement, identity cards and biometrics, data sharing, visual surveillance, communication interception, communication data retention, government access to data, workplace monitoring, surveillance of medical, financial and movement, border and trans-border issues, leadership, and democratic safeguards. الفريق يقيم ومعايير صفوف 14 : الحمايه الدستورية ، والحمايه القانونية ، وانفاذ الخصوصيه ، وبطاقات الهوية والبيولوجيا الاحصاءيه ، وتبادل البيانات ، والمراقبة البصريه ، واعتراض الاتصالات ، الاتصالات الاحتفاظ بالبيانات ، والحكومة الوصول الى البيانات ، ورصد اماكن العمل ، والمراقبة الطبية ، والمالية وحركة ، والحدود والقضايا العابرة للحدود ، والقيادة ، وضمانات ديمقراطيه.
This year’s results indicated a general worsening of worldwide privacy standards, with an overall increase in surveillance attributable to border control and immigration issues. هذا العام وأشارت النتائج الى تدهور عام في جميع أنحاء العالم من معايير الخصوصيه ، مع زيادة عامة في المراقبة التي تعزى الى مراقبة الحدود وقضايا الهجره.
The United States was summarized by the group as being the worst ranking country in the democratic world in terms of statutory protections and privacy enforcement. الولايات المتحدة وقد لخصت به المجموعة بأنها أسوأ مرتبة بلد ديمقراطى فى العالم من حيث الحمايه القانونية وانفاذ الخصوصيه. In short, this means that laws protecting Americans’ medical, workplace, and financial records from government and corporate surveillance are sorely lacking, and a regulatory body governing infractions of these rights is needed. باختصار ، هذا يعني ان القوانين التي تحمي الامريكيين الطبية ، ومكان العمل ، والسجلات المالية من الحكومات والشركات المراقبة هي مفتقده الى حد بعيد ، والهيءه التنظيمية التي تحكم مخالفات هذه الحقوق هو مطلوب.
Privacy International says surveillance initiatives in the country continue to expand despite political shifts in Congress, and the United States has deteriorated into an “Endemic Surveillance Society.” The United Kingdom has also fallen into this category, which includes Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Russia, China, and Malaysia. تقول المراقبة الدولية الخصوصيه المبادرات في هذا البلد على الرغم من مواصلة التوسع في التحولات السياسية في الكونغرس ، والولايات المتحدة قد تدهورت الى "مجتمع مراقبة المستوطنة." المملكه المتحدة وانخفضت ايضا ضمن هذه الفئة ، التي تضم تايلند ، تايوان ، سنغافورة ، روسيا ، الصين ، وماليزيا.
