AP | US prosecution of terror suspects at its Guantanamo Bay detention facility fall short of international standards for fair trials, a UN rights official said Monday.鴨|美國起訴的恐怖嫌疑人在其關塔那摩灣的拘留設施低於國際標準的公平審判，聯合國人權官員說，週一。
