AP | US prosecution of terror suspects at its Guantanamo Bay detention facility fall short of international standards for fair trials, a UN rights official said Monday.鸭|美国起诉的恐怖嫌疑人在其关塔那摩湾的拘留设施低于国际标准的公平审判，联合国人权官员说，周一。
