La Svezia passa a `la fattura del fratello maggiore'

La fattura è stata passata stretto dopo che alcune revisioni fossero fatte con 143 voti nel favore, la 138 astensione opposte ed un'parliamentarian. I critici della fattura hanno sbattuto la proposta come attacco alle libertà civili che genererebbero “un fratello maggiore„ dichiarano, mentre i sostenitori dicono che è necessario da proteggere il paese dalle minacce straniere. Nel frattempo, la nuova legge è dovuto effetto dell'introito il 1° gennaio 2009 e permetterà l'istituzione della radio della difesa nazionale (FRA) - un'agenzia civile malgrado il relativo nome - colpire tutta la comunicazione leggermente di frontiera del telefono e del Internet, AFP segnalato. Tuttavia, anche se il governo ha detto che soltanto le comunicazioni di frontiera sarebbero controllate, tutto l'ottenere di rischio di comunicazioni ha interferito nella rete poiché alcuni assistenti del Internet sono individuati all'estero ed il FRA dovrebbe controllare tutti i email per stabilire se avessero attraversato il bordo. Dal momento che, il FRA è permesso soltanto controllare le radiocomunicazioni militari ma con la nuova legge, potranno ascoltare dentro tutte le telefonate di frontiera, come pure i email della gente della lettura ed i messaggi del testo. Il ministero della difesa nel frattempo ha difeso la nuova legge insistendo che la nuova legislazione è necessaria in odierno mondo cambiato, in cui le comunicazioni sempre più sono trasmesse attraverso i cavi fiber-optic. I critici di nuova legge, compreso gli attivisti di diritti dell'uomo, i giornalisti, gli avvocati e perfino l'ex direttore dell'agenzia di intelligenza svedese Saepo, hanno avuti prima della revisione del mercoledì hanno sostenuto che non è andato abbastanza lontano nella protezione dei diritti diversi. Tuttavia il governo per parte sua insiste che ha richiamato tutte le preoccupazioni tramite le relative correzioni dell'ultimo minuto della legge che aggiunge i comandi più indipendenti e più parlamentari al lavoro del FRA.
