Gov. Eliot Spitzer announced yesterday he will submit legislation to expand the state’s DNA databank mandating the collection of DNA from every person convicted of a crime, as well as individuals on probation, on parole supervision, or registered as sex offenders.州長史匹哲昨天宣布，他將提交法例，以擴大國家的DNA數據庫，強制收集DNA的每個人都被判定有罪者，以及個人的感化，假釋的監督，或登記為性罪犯。
