A Former Derbyshire Deputy Chief Constable, who established the national DNA police database, believes genetic samples should be taken from everyone at birth. 前Derbyshire更新副局長,他們建立了全國的DNA數據庫,警方認為,基因樣本應當採取從每個人出生時。
