You will be required to provide details of XXXX. Failure to attend or provide the reqired documentation or provide finger prints may result in a fine not exceeding £2000.00". I think the same spirit of cussedness that enabled us to resist Hitler when all hope seemed lost will kick in. This may well be Labour's poll tax. After all we are slowly realising that all the Government justifications for this state surveilance is another edition of the Dodgy Dossier, a load of bollocks.
