[نسا] [مت-دتا] بريد إلكترونيّ مراقبات برنامج يعرض

قد علم [ومر] تفاصيل من واحدة من العناصر مهمّة أكثر من الأمن وطنيّ وكالة [ورّنتلسّ] [ويرتبّينغ] برنامج رمز يعيّن "ريح نجميّة." ال [هيغل-كلسّيفيد] نجميّة ريح بدأت برنامج كان بجورج [و.]. [بوش دمينيسترأيشن] مع التعاون من الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة كبريات اتّصال بعديّ شركة نقل جويّ, بما في ذلك [أت&ت] و [فريزون]. كان الإعتراض من نص اتّصالات بريح نجميّة أولوية كبريات من ال [نسا] برنامج. الكبريات [نسا] دعات نظامة ل يعترض نص اتّصالات [بينول]. أفاد في سبتمبر - أيلول 15, 2008, [ومر] أولى على كيف [بينول] كان استعملت أن يستهدف [إ-ميلس] روسيّة: "[كد-نمد] [بينول], ال [نسا] بريد إلكترونيّ مراقبات نظامة أهداف حكومة روسيّة, جيش, ديبلوماسيّة, وتجاريّة بريد إلكترونيّ حركة مرور ويحفر داخل النص أجزاء من البريد إلكترونيّ أن يبحث لخاصّة كلمات وعبارات الفائدة إلى [نسا] [إفسدروبّرس]." قد علم [ومر] تفاصيل إضافيّة [بينول]. اقترنت النظامة إلى [ا نومبر وف] [مت-دتبسس] أنّ يحتوي بريد إلكترونيّ, فارسات, ونص رسائل المئات الملايين الالناس حول العالم وفي الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة. يعلم قد كشف مصادر إلى [ومر] أنّ [بينول] يستطيع بحثت هذا [مت-دتبسس] يستعمل معلمات مختلفة مثل [دت-تيم], مجموعة, [نتثرل لنغج], [إيب دّرسّ], مرسلة و [رسيبينتس], [أبرت سستم], وأخرى معلومة يطمر في الحاصدة رافعة. عندما [نسا] يفتّش محللة فارسيّة أو [إ-ميلس] [أربيك], المرسلة ومستلمات عادة مواطنون أجانب, الذي يكون لا يغطّى بحصور على [إفسدروب] على الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة "فرض أشخاص" مرّة على [نسا] بالولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة إشارات ذكاء توجيهات 18 ([أوسّيد] 18). مهما, أنكر ريح نجميّة و [بينول] على حدّ سواء [أوسّيد] 18 والاستخبارات أجنبيّة مراقبات عمل من 1978 ب يسمح [نسا] محللات أن يقرأ ال [إ-ميلس], فاكس, ونص رسائل الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة أشخاص عندما [بينول] بحث تضمّن معلمات بحوت ال [إ-ميلس] في إنجليزيّة. عندما [إنغليش لنغج] نص استرجعت اتّصالات, محللات يقرأون النص رسالة محتوى أن يحدّد ما إذا هو يحتوي أيّ شيء أن يتمّ مع إرهاب. مهما, [رثر ثن] يكون يمحى, رجعت الرسائل إلى ال [مت-دتبسس]. نص رسالة احتويت سجلات في [بينول], نظامة يطوّر ب [نسا] مقاولة [بووز] [ألّن] هاملتون, في ثلاثة [مت-دتبسس] كبريات [كد-نمد] أسد قلب, أسد هدير, وأسد انصهار. ليس فحسب نص اتّصالات بين الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة أشخاص في الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة ومستلمات في الخارج يحتوى في ال [بينول] [مت-دتبسس] غير أنّ نص رسائل بين الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة persons within the United States are also held in the databases. WMR reported on May 10, 2005, that Booz Allen is also the major contractor for an NSA database code named “FIRSTFRUITS” that tracked not only the articles of journalists but contained intercepts of their communications, “ . . . part of the upkeep of the [FIRSTFRUITS] system has been outsourced to outside contractors such as Booz Allen.” The involvement of the telecommunications companies in STELLAR WIND and PINWALE was revealed when former AT&T technician Mark Klein leaked AT&T documents on the program in 2006. AT&T’s interception entailed NSA snooping equipment being placed within AT&T centers in San Francisco; Bridgeton, Missouri; San Diego; San Jose; Atlanta; Seattle; and Los Angeles. The Obama administration recently appealed a decision by U.S. Judge Vaughn Walker of the U.S. Court for the Northern District of California who ruled that a lawsuit brought by the Al Haramain Islamic charity (Al Haramain v. Bush), in which the charity charges that it was the subject of illegal warrantless wiretapping under STELLAR WIND, could proceed. WMR has previously reported that STELLAR WIND may have been used to prosecute Democratic governors and other Democratic officials around the country. WMR has received confirmation that when NSA analysts monitoring e-mails and other text messages, encountered information from PINWALE meta-databases that did not involve terrorism or foreign counterintelligence issues but did involve other possible criminal matters, NSA lawyers would determine whether such information should be turned over to Department of Justice criminal prosecutors. However, with information passed to WMR that NSA directors Michael Hayden and Keith Alexander were in total lockstep with the Bush-Cheney political agenda, with Alexander once boasting to a group of NSA employees that “I am a Rumsfeld man,” there is the real possibility that PINWALE data ended up in the hands of U.S. attorneys like Patrick Fitzgerald in his vendetta against deposed Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, and Alice Martin and Leura Canary in their Bush White House-directed political prosecution of former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman. If Fitzgerald’s legal brief against Blagojevich contains PINWALE-derived wiretap information it would explain why he has been unsuccessful in finding a grand jury in Chicago to indict Blagojevich. WMR was specifically told that e-mails between Washington and Chicago would be contained in PINWALE and that is something that could pose a problem for Fitzgerald in explaining where all his intercepts of Blagojevich originated. It may also explain why the Obama administration does not want details of STELLAR WIND to be exposed in Al Haramain v. Bush.
