La libertà sta corrodenda?

Per coloro che teme che le nostre libertà civili sono sotto la minaccia, ci è abbondanza di munizioni. La detenzione Pre-trial è stata allungata a 28 giorni. La Gran-Bretagna è domestica a milioni di macchine fotografiche di sorveglianza. Il lavoro è progettazione tranquilla Schede di identificazione. Le proteste sono limitato. Gli enti governativi possono intercettare il email senza permesso di ricerca della corte e hanno accesso a tutte le annotazioni del telefono. Basi di dati centralizzate delle informazioni personali quale DNA stanno sviluppando. Le leggi di terrore, gli ordini di controllo, Asbos e l'atto criminale tutte della giustizia hanno funzionato al contrario dell'idea tradizionale di una prova aperta dalla giuria. Sono le nuove leggi un'alternanza necessaria per sicurezza in un'era di terrorismo? E dovremmo preoccuparci? È allineare che se non avete niente temere, non avete niente nasconderti?
