Increasing use of council surveillance powers越來越多地使用會的監察權力
Surveillance powers which allow local authorities to follow people and access their phone records have been used by Northamptonshire County Council 10 times in the past year. 監察的權力，允許地方當局遵循人民和訪問他們的通話記錄，已使用的北安普敦郡郡議會的10倍，在過去的一年裡。
