É improvável que os cidadãos BRITÂNICOS estarão feitos para começar um cartão do ID por' diversos anos' um ministro dito.
Liam Byrne disse no programa de hoje que o esquema voluntário, que virá na força em 2009, necessita a hora “de funcionar em”. Former Home Secretary David Blunkett, who introduced the initial identity card bill, said the scheme would not work unless everyone had to have a card.
“In my opinion, without it being mandatory, there is little point in doing it,” he said.
