UN chief Boutros Boutros Ghali stressed here Wednesday the significance of the close relationship between democracy and defence of human rights.加利加利在此間強調，週三的意義之間的密切關係，民主與維護人權的人士。

Ghali was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the 4th Seminar of Arab National Institutions on Human Rights, which kicked off here earlier Tuesday under the title “Human Rights and Development: Role of Arab National Institutions on Human Rights”.加利是在向記者介紹了觀望的第四屆研討會的阿拉伯國家機構就人權，這開鑼這裡週二早些時候標題下的"人權與發展：角色的阿拉伯國家機構對人權" 。
