The decision to bring in ID cards for foreigners before bringing them in for Britons may lead to “de-facto racial profiling”, MPs and peers have warned. 決定把在身份證上的外國人面前，使他們在為英國人可能導致"德事實上的種族貌相" ，國會議員和同齡人發出警告。
