Children as young as 8yrs old are being enlisted as ‘Covert Human Intelligence Sources’ and are being given ‘Codenames’ to use when they ring up a confidential hotline to several councils in the U.k. They are being encouraged to snoop on their neighbours by taking either photographic or video evidence of people littering , dog fouling or bin crime . They even encourage them to take down car number plates , with a reward of up to 500 pounds for a conviction . This is on top of sweeping ‘Police Like Powers’ given to around 1.400 security guards and car park attendants . This would be laughable if it were not true . EXCUSE ME WHAT YEAR DO WE LIVE IN AND WHAT COUNTRY? . Sorry for a minute i thought that the ‘Hitler Youth’ were in charge again and that this was ‘Nazi Germany’ . I’m sorry but if your NOT in police uniform then you are getting ‘F@CK ALL’ out of me . No name , no age , no address , NO CO-OPPERATION FROM ME AT ALL . No wonder the police want to go on strike , they will all be out of work soon . Replaced by 8yr old kids . THE BOOK 1984 WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FICTION NOT A BLUEPRINT FOR A FUTURE!!! .
