QAS Qas | The Commons’ home affairs committee has submitted a report warning of the danger of Britain becoming a surveillance society. | المشاعات 'لجنة الشؤون الداخلية قدم تقريرا تحذر من خطورة ان تصبح بريطانيا مراقبة المجتمع. The report calls on the government to promise the proposed ID card scheme will not be used to spy on people. ويدعو التقرير الحكومة على الوعد المقترح بطاقه هوية مخطط لن تستخدم للتجسس على الناس.
“We recommend that the Home Office produce a report on the intended functions of the national identity scheme in relation to the fight against crime, containing an explicit statement that the administrative information collected and stored in connection with the national identity register will not be used as a matter of routine to monitor the activities of individuals,” the report reads. "ونحن نوصي بان وزارة الداخلية اصدار تقرير عن وظائفه من مخطط الهوية الوطنية بالنسبة الى مكافحة الجريمة ، التي تحتوي على بيان صريح بأن الاداريه وتخزين المعلومات التي تم جمعها في اطار الهوية الوطنية السجل لن يكون استخدام مسألة روتينيه لمراقبة انشطه الافراد "، ونص التقرير.
ID cards will become compulsory for non-Europeans living in Britain later this year. بطاقات الهوية سيصبح الزاميا لغير الاوروبيين الذين يعيشون في بريطانيا في وقت لاحق من هذا العام.
Airport workers and Olympic staff will also be issued with them in 2009 and the government will then decide whether to roll the scheme out across all British citizens at a cost of £4.4 billion. مطار الاولمبيه والعمال والموظفين وستصدر ايضا معهم في عام 2009 والحكومة عندئذ ان يقرر ما اذا كان هذا المخطط لفه بها جميع المواطنين البريطانيين بتكلفة 4،4 مليار جنيه استرليني.
Previous concerns have been expressed about the risks of the cards, which will contain السابقة وأعرب عن القلق ازاء مخاطر هذه البطاقات ، التي ستتضمن biometric data البيانات الاحصاءيه البيولوجية such as fingerprints, such as مثل بصمات الأصابع ، مثل identity theft سرقة الهوية , with many worried that some cards could fall into the wrong hands. ، مع كثير من قلقة من ان بعض البطاقات يمكن ان تقع في ايد غير امينة.
