在星期三中國講了批評中國的人權條件的強烈反對到美國各州部門的2007人權報告。

「中國是願意有對話，并且交換意見與其他國家關於人權問題」，認為中國外交部發言人Qin幫會。

然而，發言人注重國家嚴厲地在人權關心借口反對所有干預其他國家內部事務。

Qin說，反應對美國「國家報告的記者』問題關於2007年″的人權實踐，中國尊敬和保障人權和中國政府遵守要求「首先投入人的政策」，并且做了偉大的努力促進民主和在法律的統治下改進人權條件。
