China on Wednesday voiced strong opposition to the US State Department’s 2007 Human Rights Report that criticizes China’s human rights conditions. الصين يوم الاربعاء أعربت قوى المعارضة الى وزارة الخارجية الامريكية لعام 2007 لحقوق الانسان التقرير ان الصين تنتقد اوضاع حقوق الانسان.

“China is willing to have dialogue and exchange of views with other countries on the human rights issue”, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang. "الصين مستعدة لاجراء الحوار وتبادل وجهات النظر مع البلدان الاخرى بشأن مسألة حقوق الانسان" ، وقال متحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الصينية كين غانغ.

However, the spokesman stressed that the country sternly opposes to any intervention to the internal affairs of other countries in excuse of human rights concern. ومع ذلك ، قال المتحدث باسم وشدد على ان البلاد تعارض بشدة اي تدخل الى الشؤون الداخلية للبلدان الأخرى في عذر التي تهم حقوق الإنسان.

Qin said, responding to the reporters’ question on the US “Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 2007″, that China respects and safeguards human rights and the Chinese government adheres to a policy that calls for “putting people first,” and has made great efforts to promote democracy and improve the human rights conditions under the rule of law. وقال كين ، وردا على الصحافيين على السؤال الاميركي "التقارير القطريه عن ممارسات حقوق الانسان لعام 2007" ، ان الصين تحترم وتصون حقوق الانسان والحكومة الصينية تتمسك بسياسه تدعو الى "وضع الشعب اولا" ، وجعلت جهودا كبيرة لتعزيز الديمقراطيه وتحسين اوضاع حقوق الانسان في ظل سيادة القانون.

“The efforts and remarkable achievement China has made on the issue have already been widely recognized by the international community”, the spokesman stressed. "الجهود التي تبذلها وانجازا رائعا لقد بذلت الصين بشأن هذه القضية وقد تم بالفعل المعترف بها على نطاق واسع من جانب المجتمع الدولى" ، وحرص المتحدث على التأكيد.

Qin said the US annual report “again ignored basic facts”, and willfully distorted and groundlessly criticized China’s ethnic, religious and legal systems, which was “quite mistaken” and will never succeed in its attempt. كين قال ان الولايات المتحدة في التقرير السنوي "مرة اخرى تجاهل حقائق اساسية" ، وبملء ارادته مشوهه وانتقد الصين بشكل بلا اساس الاثنيه ، والدينية ، والنظم القانونية ، والذي كان "خاطئ تماما" وسوف ابدأ ان تنجح في مسعاها.

“We suggest the US government to stop depicting itself as a human rights watchdog and focus more on its own human rights problems”, Qin said, demanding the US to stop its wrongdoing such as issuing the so-called country reports on human rights practices, playing double standard on the human rights issue and interfere with the internal affairs of other countries. "نقترح حكومة الولايات المتحدة لوقف تصوير نفسها على أنها حقوق الانسان كلب الحراسه ، وزيادة التركيز على سجلها في مجال حقوق الانسان للمشاكل" ، وقال كين ، وتطالب الولايات المتحدة بوقف التصرف المشين مثل اصدار ما يسمى التقارير القطريه عن ممارسات حقوق الانسان ، لعب الكيل بمكيالين على مسألة حقوق الإنسان والتدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للبلدان الأخرى.
