Biometric IDs for disabled children of those with special educational needs are often highly difficult to generate and use, for numerous complex reasons - and this area is highly sensitive.生物特徵識別碼為殘疾兒童，這些有特殊教育需要的往往是高難度的產生和使用，為眾多複雜的原因-和這方面是高度敏感的。
