President Bush derailed a bill by the US Congress aimed at ending the Administration’s illegal wiretapping by not providing documents related to the President’s warrantless wiretapping program to the Senate Intelligence Committee that is currently reviewing the proposed legislation.美国总统布什出轨一项条例草案，由美国国会旨在结束政府的非法窃听，不提供有关的文件，以总统的窃听计划向参议院情报委员会说，目前正在审查建议的法例。

The US house of representatives last month passed the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 bill with an amendment that makes Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (FISA) the only means by which domestic electronic surveillance for the purpose of gathering foreign intelligence information may be conducted.美国国会众议院上个月通过的情报授权法案财年与2008年条例草案的修订，使外国情报监督法案的1978年（参赛指南）的唯一手段，由国内电子侦察为目的的外国情报搜集的资料，可能会进行。
