Biometrics Slammed by UK’s Largest Visa and Immigration Company منتقد من قبل البيولوجيا الاحصاءيه في المملكه المتحدة وهي اكبر شركة التأشيرات والهجره

The UK’s largest visa and immigration company, www.globalvisas.com, is fundamentally challenging Gordon Brown’s anti-terrorist strategy, branding it as “inconvenient, highly questionable and not thought through in the slightest”. المملكه المتحدة اكبر شركة التأشيرات والهجره ، www.globalvisas.com ، هي في الأساس تحدي غوردون براون استراتيجية مكافحة الارهاب ، ووصمها بأنها "غير مريح ، موضع شك كبير ، وليس عن طريق التفكير فى ادنى".

The prime minister has made it clear that biometrics will be collected from all people in the UK, or coming to the UK in future, when applying for a passport or visa. رئيس الوزراء اوضحت ان البيولوجيا الاحصاءيه سيتم جمعها من جميع الناس في المملكه المتحدة ، أو القادمة الى المملكه المتحدة في المستقبل ، عندما تقدم بطلب للحصول على جواز سفر او تأشيرة. In addition, UK Visas and a department within Customs and Excise will join the Immigration Nationality Directorate under the newly renamed Borders & Immigration Agency as a supposed effective measure against terrorism. وبالاضافة الى ذلك ، المملكه المتحدة تأشيرات وادارة الجمارك والمكوس ضمن ستنضم الى مديرية الهجره والجنسيه حديثا تحت اسم الحدود & كالة الهجره باعتبارها من المفترض ان التدابير الفعاله لمكافحة الارهاب. However, the company believes that no terror attack would have been prevented had the UK held biometric data on the perpetrators. غير ان الشركة تعتقد ان اي هجوم ارهابي قد منعت المملكه المتحدة قد عقدت بيانات القياس الحيوي على الجناة.

Director Liam Clifford says: “This is yet another inconvenience to law-abiding British citizens, and genuine business travellers and tourists coming to our country.” المدير liam كليفورد يقول : "هذا هو آخر لازعاج يحترمون القانون من المواطنين البريطانيين ، وحقيقية الأعمال المسافرين والسياح الوافدين الى بلدنا."

He continues: “The war on terror must be intelligence-led, not an excuse to impose such infringements on people’s liberties just because the government is not capable of addressing the terrorist directly and firmly.” وتابع قوله : "ان الحرب على الارهاب يجب ان تقودها الاستخبارات ، ليست ذريعة لفرض مثل هذه التعديات على حريات الناس لمجرد ان الحكومة ليست قادرة على التصدي بحزم وبشكل مباشر الارهابيه."

Mr Clifford believes that even the name ‘Borders & Immigration Agency’ was ill-thought through to the point that BIA also stands for Birmingham International Airport. السيد كليفورد تعتقد أنه حتى اسم '& الحدود والهجره وكالة' قد اساءت من خلال الفكر الى درجة ان BIA ايضا تقف لمطار برمنغهام الدولي. Home Office staff at the Borders and Immigration Agency have been warned not to use the abbreviation BIA in any correspondence, instead typing it out in full when referring to it. موظفو وزارة الداخلية على الحدود والهجره وكالة وقد حذرت بعدم استخدام اي اختصار BIA في المراسلات ، وبدلا من طباعة انه في كامل عند الاشارة اليها. Ironically this warning came via an email address that was xxxxxxx@bia.gov.uk. ومن المفارقات ان هذا التحذير جاء من خلال عنوان بريد الكتروني ان كان xxxxxxx@bia.gov.uk. It has become an inside joke and highlights how poorly thought through the current immigration strategy is. لقد اصبح من الداخل نكتة ويسلط الضوء على مدى سوء الفكر من خلال الهجره الحالية هي استراتيجية.

According to Mr Clifford, a few major holes in the latest headline grabbers include:- وحسب السيد كليفورد ، بضعة ثقوب كبيرة في آخر عنوان الايادي تشمل : --

1. Biometric data collection in India and Pakistan will be managed by an Indian company on behalf of the UK government. البيومتريه جمع البيانات في كل من الهند وباكستان سوف تديره شركة هندية نيابة عن حكومة المملكه المتحدة. The people working for this company are civilian employees, not government officials, yet have considerable powers. الشعب العاملة لهذه الشركة هي للموظفين المدنيين ، وليس مسؤولين حكوميين ، ومع ذلك يكون لها سلطات كبيرة. To save money, Mr Brown’s biggest weapon on terror has been moved offshore to a private business. لتوفير المال ، والسيد براون اكبر للاسلحه النووية على الارهاب تم نقل الخارج الى القطاع التجاري.

2. Law-abiding citizens travelling legitimately for business or pleasure are to be penalised and delayed, yet to claim asylum in the UK a person does not need any form of ID and can stay in the UK for long periods under the provisions of the Human Rights Act. المواطنين الملتزمين بالقانون شرعيا السفر للعمل او المتعه هي ان penalised وتأخر ، ومع ذلك بطلب اللجوء في المملكه المتحدة الشخص ليس في حاجة الى اي شكل من اشكال الهوية ، ويمكن البقاء في المملكه المتحدة لفترات طويلة بموجب احكام قانون حقوق الانسان .

3. Biometrics are to be gathered and stored as computer data, which is itself highly vulnerable to tampering and exploitation, and maybe more so if held by private, offshore companies. البيولوجيا الاحصاءيه الى ان يتم جمعها وتخزينها على الكمبيوتر البيانات ، التي هي في حد ذاتها ضعيفة للغاية الى العبث والاستغلال ، وربما اكثر من ذلك اذا ما اجريت من قبل القطاع الخاص ، والشركات الخارجية. Credit Card companies are the first to confirm that any system used will provide loopholes to be exploited. الشركات المصدرة لبطاقات الائتمان هي الاولى للتأكد من ان اي نظام يستخدم سيوفر ثغرات يجب استغلالها.

4. Immigration into the UK for respectable visitors is hard enough already, without the new anti-terror measures. الهجره الى المملكه المتحدة لمحترمه الزوار من الصعب بما فيه الكفايه بالفعل ، دون جديدة لمكافحة الارهاب تدابير. Far from preventing terrorism, the measures will simply restrict the opportunities for people to take a last minute break in the UK. الآن من منع الارهاب ، والتدابير التي سوف ببساطة تقييد الفرص للناس لاتخاذ الدقيقة الاخيرة كسر في المملكه المتحدة.

The company does not agree with the way the UK immigration strategy seems to admit low skilled people and refugees while at every step it hinders the movement of those highly educated and hard working people the UK needs. الشركة لا تتفق مع طريقة الهجره بالمملكه المتحدة استراتيجية ويبدو أن قبول الاشخاص ذوي المهارات المنخفضه واللاجئين في حين ان في كل خطوة قد يعيق حركة هذه درجة عالية من التعليم والعمل الشاق احتياجات الناس في المملكه المتحدة.
