Unborn babies are to be the youngest members of society targeted as part of the government’s family review. الاطفال هم الذين لم يولدوا بعد ليكون أصغر أفراد المجتمع المستهدفة كجزء من الحكومة الاسرة الاستعراض. Embryos will be identified when their mothers are 16 weeks into pregnancy as potential victims or criminals and efforts will be made to give extra support to their parents. وسيتم تحديد الاجنه عند امهاتهم الى 16 اسابيع الحمل او الضحايا المحتملين والمجرمين وسوف تبذل جهود لاعطاء دعم اضافي لابائهم وأمهاتهم.
Women whose children are most likely to be born into a deprived family will be offered help from health visitors and social workers until their child reaches the age of two. الاطفال والنساء الذين من الأرجح أن تكون ولدت الى حرمان الاسرة وسيتم تقديم المساعدة من الصحة والزوار والعاملين الاجتماعيين وحتى الطفل يبلغ من العمر سنتين.
The scheme was first launched in America where supporters say it leads to better language development and lower chances of abuse or neglect. مخطط لاول مرة فى امريكا حيث يقول انصار يؤدي الى تحسين اللغة والتنمية وفرص اقل من سوء المعامله او الاهمال.
Kate Billingham, the project’s director of the project said she thought labelling children so early in life was a positive step. كيت Billingham ، وقال مدير المشروع للمشروع : قالت إنها الفكر ووضع العلامات الاطفال حتى في مرحلة مبكره من الحياة هو خطوة ايجابية. ‘I myself think labelling and stigmatising are used as ways of not giving people the help they want and their children can benefit from.’ 'وانا شخصيا اعتقد stigmatising ووضع العلامات وتستخدم طرق اعطاء الناس لا يريدون مساعدة ابنائهم ويمكن ان تستفيد من'.
