Buying cannabis in the Dutch city of Maastricht will soon mean having your fingerprints taken, your face scanned and your biometric data recorded. 購買大麻，在荷蘭城市馬斯特里赫特不久將意味著您所採取的指紋，你的臉掃描和您的生物統計學上的數據記錄。
