Civil Liberties Group Concerned Over Privacy Issues 시민 자유 그룹은 개인 정보 보호 문제를 놓고 우려

MONTPELIER, Vt. — A proposal to expand the state’s DNA database is being questioned by a civil liberties group. 몬트 필 지나지 - 제안 상태의 DNA 데이터베이스를 확장하기 위해 시민의 자유를 그룹에 의해 심문을 받고있다.

Under the Senate Judiciary Committee’s plan, the state would start collecting genetic samples from people arraigned on felony crimes. 상원 법사위원회의 계획 아래 사람이 중범 죄의 범죄에 arraigned 상태에서 유전자 샘플을 모으기 시작했다. The current law only requires DNA samples from people convicted of felonies. 현행 법률에만 사람이 중범 죄로 유죄 판결에서 DNA 샘플이 필요합니다.
